Ladies…Thank You sooo very much for the wonderful welcome! Well Right now I am about 2 months into the most heartbreaking break-up! I am devistated by this! also, you should really consider trying out instant shine. instant shine would be a great one to just put on and go. it would be a great pick-me up and it would also positively affect others around you. dont underestimate the power of the socials!!

Its not about luck, forget the luck. Take control, and the luck becomes skill. The pheros definitely can help with confidence and self-esteem. I would start with Instant Sexiness (A or B), and Instant Shine, for your particular situation. Thats what I started with, and it really helped me to start becoming more proactive in the way I allow myself to feel, and in the way I allow others to make me feel.

Keep what good I got out of the relationship … she made me want to live to be 100, and I think I can do it. So I’m keeping up with the diet, execise, meditation, …
Talking with one of my single friends … come up with some ground rules for relationships. So I don’t get into this kind of situation ever again.

Starting out try Instant Shine. General happiness all around. The first several times you will have a ‘self effect’. That will fade and you’ll see more of effects on people around you.
There are some other feel good pheros, but if you’re going to get the most out of this, there is a little learning curve while you learn about the materials and how to observe peoples reactions, congruency, etc.
In our situation, the self effects Instant Honesty, Instant Openness, and ComeTalkToMe (a mix of IH and IO) are a little risky. Next thing you know we’ll be pouring our broken heart out all over some stranger. Generally considered bad form.

You’ve gotten some great advice from everyone here. Now all ya gotta do is jump in and see what it’s all about. Just take it slow, at first, trying one at a time until you find your sweet spot for each (the strenghth and dose that works best for you). Then you’ll be able to figure out how to combine them to use them to your best advantage.
I’m sorry about your break-up. Unfortunately, even with our best efforts, all the love in the world can’t bring people to change if they don’t want to. You seem like a great woman with a lot to offer. (BWT, one of my best friends is a jewelry designer! ) Please remember to take it easy on yourself and be good to yourself.
