I recommend a few things for you. For help with the ladies, maybe check out Ammo 2x strength. This should help your sex appeal. For being shy, you should look at IS, IO, and IH. The IS helps calm people and brings good moods. The IO helps people open up and get out of their shell, and the IH will help people be honest and conversations will be flowing!!
