Yes - a journal is a good way to keep track of your testing and development and it also is the best place to keep everything together in a way that is easiest to review for your eventual RU status - which is worth striving for as getting it means significant discount on the experimental molecules.
Good clear and honest reports on your findings, good or bad is what gets you there quickest.
It is difficult to say and TBH, before starting with A314, it is absolutely not wrong to spend a while with the other molecules first. That way you will build-up a bit of experience with using, dosing and evaluating pheros before starting with their most complex product. So it can save you a lot of wastage and struggling to get to grips with A314’s wide ranging effects.
Another thing that can affect phero use is poorer quality antiperspirants, deodorants, hair and shower gels and body sprays - many of these contain Triclosan or other antibacterials, which are very hard on pheros. You may need to adjust your personal hygiene routine to eliminate them. Good quality cologne and straightforward soap and water with careful washing is the way to go with pheros - and an occasional wash with something like witch hazel or tea tree soap to clear them completely.
I’ll take your advice mobo and i’ll leave the a314 till later. as for shampoo i use head and shoulders. i’ve been using it for a long time but i don’t mind changing it if it is not suitable. shower gel really don’t know the brand but i’ll switch to dove or i’ll ask the pharmacist for soap or shower gel which doesn’t contain triclosan. deodorant I can totally stop it since i shower twice a day, but will use tea soap lets say once a week. cologne i use chanel for men.

Tonight, I’ll be going to my GF place, so although it’s not a trial venture in public, but I’ll be experimenting on her.
Since I’ve explained our status, i thought to wear the following;
- 2 sprays of instant shine x2 on wrists.
- 2 sprays of instant Hx2 on forearms.
- 2prays of P83 12.5mcg one spray on each side of neck
- 2 sprays of ammo 1x on throat. OR should i use ammo world
