I am first timer here, I am looking to put some effect on of my friends, I like her but she wants to remain my friend and she doesn’t have that kind of feelings for me.
And the worst part is that in past few days after asking her for a date I damaged my reputation.

Welcome to the site. I usually suggest getting the Men’s Ultimate Kit as you would have everything you need to get started. It is all about testing to see what is the best fit and with the kit you get everything to test pretty much.
OK the first thing you need with this girl is something for attraction. For this I suggest Ammo This is for attraction and what is so great is you can use this for day use also and is a nice cologne scent to. I would start here.
IH I think this will help you out to and promotes bonding and deep conversations and plus you will get her true feelings out of her. I would be careful with this one because if you put to much on this can land you even farther in the friendzone so I would try to over power a little with Ammo if you can. You want just enough of this just not to much.

Great you will get everything to try so you did not go wrong and you do not have to worry if you got the wrong stuff. I just responded to another post where a guy had some good hits with Ammo which is exciting to see. I would suggest trying Ammo around her first and see where it goes. I would use this one as your main pheromone and build off of that one. I would test this one first for your goal and find the right dose which should be somewhere around 2-4 sprays.
If she is shy or very closed off maybe try the Ammo with some IO and go from there.

Check your spam filters - Gcs can get caught by them.
Otherwise hang on. The staff issue them personally and can take a few days to get round to it.

What do you mean by this? - Did you do something stupid or do you feel that her just turning you down did the damage?
Also, if you want her to be more to you then you need to stop worrying about her remaining a friend - It tends to be either/or in romantic/sexual relationships. So stepping back from her in order to reframe yourself may well be in order as well as using the pheros. So until they arrive and you have tested to find your base dose, steer clear of her and resist all contact.
Yes, what I consider stupid thing is I assumed her increased interaction as her feelings to me and I made her mad because I tried to know the reason why she is not interested in me.

OK. Increased interaction, without very positive and sexual/relationship IOIs (Indicators of Interest - see thread here) is often not as good as many guys think - Usually it means you have been friendzoned and she now feels she can talk to you about anything and everything.
So don’t encourage this if you have any intentions other than being a friend because it kills real attraction stone-dead.
Yeah - Asking her to explain also put you on a hiding to nothing. You will seldom if ever get a straight answer and it looks needy and highly unattractive as well.
It is good you have not spoken to her but don’t move and most certainly do not strop-off. Your desk being where it is is actually an advantage. For now, just keep your contact polite and professional, don’t apologise and don’t seem at all bothered by her rejection. Don’t be overly friendly or try to have any communication outside normal work.
This way she may well start wondering about you again in a way that could turn to attraction and your pheros will begin working on her subconsious - which can help promote further change in her.

I want to tell my experience with UPIP kit in last one month. For the first 10 days I used AMMO 4 sprays (neck and wrist) + Ishine 2 sprays (neck) and I did not see any change so after 3 - 4 days I started mixing IO 1 spray as well but again no change.
Then I switched to A314B + Ishine and I can’t say it was effect of pheromones or not but at least she started talking to me and those talks were not very direct or one to one.
When I finished both AMMO and A314B and I was having MX297 which I got as gift thanks to Dee, I started using its 6 sprays and now she has started talking to me little more and she is aware that I don’t want be friend only and she still talks but she still says that there is no scope of relationship.
I think she is immune to pheromones or what next I can do?
What I would do is start with 1 thing and 1-2 sprays and go from there. Sometimes it does take time to adjust to a new you. I would start with the Ammo if your goal is to attract someone. I would do this and see where it goes. When I first started I threw a bunch of things on and a lot and got no results and sometimes negative ones to so I gave up for a while.
With the MX297 I would start with 1-2 sprays and see where it goes from here.
I agree that 4 sprays of Ammo is a lot to start with. Often, less is more.
Regarding effects, you must know what to look for. Often it will be subtle in the beginning. I suggest you read this thread about Indicators of Interest.

Also, it is possible, mones or no mones, that the lady just ain’t interested and that you should move to the next one. Mones are no magic potions, they are enhancers. It’s important to act confident and outgoing while wearing them. The lady will identify you as the source of the pheromones only if your actions are coherent with the vibe they send out.
I think you are right, now I will try IS and IG and if this mix doesn’t work then I think I should move on.
