Not sure about your age but if you are over 18 I would recommend the following:
Ammo - but start out with just one spray. It has its own cologne scent and just enough 'none in it to let the girls know you are interested.
Instant shine - It will help everyone feel happy to be around you.
IO - It will help you with starting conversations.
You will have to remember two things: A big guy like you needs to smile a lot so you don not seem too imposing. Even shy can come across as scary when you are BIG.
