Hello everyone. I’m Michael from OK. I’ve always been very reserved and asocial in general. If I have to, I fake it in social situations and can appear confident. What no one knows is that I really do not feel comfortable and that my apparent confidence is pure acting. It is not real, and I feel uneasy inside.
This is partially due to my not being socialized at a young age, failing to develop confidence in social and interpersonal relations, and being a generally sensitive person.
I have found that that pheros somehow awaken something dormant within myself. A little Instant Shine and things like A314 seem to subtly awaken confidence and power within myself. I feel as though these pheros short-circuit something that has always been in my way, preventing me from being who I know I am. At times it’s not even a subtle effect.
I have been in social situations I normally would never venture into feeling like the world was my oyster, able to talk to anyone, man or woman, about anything, whether it be pleasant small talk, flirting, or anything. I think the pheros are more like a catalyst in my case. I feel better about myself, and even when I’m not wearing them something has changed and I continue to feel confident and handle myself well among others, totally contrary to the way I would have prior to using pheros at all.
As a result of the way I feel, others respond accordingly. I have a natural charm that was always covered up, but now comes out. Others who didn’t know what to think about this quiet guy are now attracted and want to talk or just be around me it seems. And that in itself is an extra boost to my confidence. My ultimate goal is just to feel good all around and to share that with others if I can.
Also, I have found that the effect the pheros have on me doesn’t go away when I’m not wearing them. There are long term changes in myself just from learning how to interact in a more personable and assertive way with others with whom I’d previously been passive and timid.
I see the pheros as a great tool for self improvement in my case and hopefully others. I look forward to reading about others’ experiences and hope I can offer some positive input to this forum.
