hello! i am 16, female. i’ve been reading into the science behind pheromones lately and i’m just really interested and excited to test these out and (hopefully) see a difference. and i have a few questions; i struggle with some social/general anxiety, depression, and ADD. what product would be best to help me with these issues? i do take two different medications on a daily basis for these issues, is there any negative interactions with certain meds? next question, i am in a relationship (~1yr) and i love this boy, i’m crazy about this boy, but there are times when i wonder if he’s equally as crazy about me. he’s on my mind often and i wonder if i’m on his…i guess i want to drive him crazyy in the best way possible. more affection, attention and time is all i want from him.
Short answer. Many suspected pheromones are believed to influence behavior through unknown means. We know that the molecule affects the brain somehow. Perhaps it modulates neurotransmitters. You can search on neurosteroid or about the book Scent of Eros from pheromone pioneer JV Kohl. He has some videos on YouTube with a very simple theory on how mones work. He feels they affect endocrine hormones in the reproductive process. And, yes, mones like alpha nol (in IH) occur naturally on the human body. Yes, some medications affect the brain and therefore how we perceive mones and emotions. However, these things are not taken internally (not like pills). As a result, negative reactions are rare. I would seriously consider IH. It can greatly improve communication, trust and bonding with your guy. It also as very few reports of any problems, when used up to 3 sprays. You can try one with a GC. Instant Shine. I’d get Instant Shine to help a bit with the anxiety not directly though. I use Instant Shine to get myself out of my shell and to be more engaging with people, it relaxes me which helps me not to worry as much.

I’ve found lately that IS is giving me headaches almost as soon as I apply it. I don’t know if that means i should give it a rest for awhile, but probably. It’s one of the pheros I like the best for its self effects (better than a cup of coffee!) when I am not OD’ing on it as soon as I use it.
IO and IH are good suggestions, especially for me as a writer, I tend to get a LOT of things written when I use these together which is quite cathartic. I have found that if you were suffering from depression that getting your pain on paper (or type) helps unravel whys and hows and solutions to explore to rid yourself of the negative emotions. Shine creates a temporary uplift, and its nice. But as SteveO said once, Pheromones are not medications.
Also, I’ve found myself on the downside of Shine becoming quite depressed, and mind-locked and tongue-tied. I wouldn’t say don’t experiment with it, but if you already have high highs, and low lows, meddling with it in this way might be detrimental.
