I suggest hevy ammo, which is double strength of the regular ammo product. ammo is an all around good product which produces great results by itself. since you are 42, i sugget the heavy one because it will get you more bang for your buck
IO + IH are great to get people talking. IO will help conversations move smoother, but be careful that you dont become a motor mouth. if you are looking for a deep connection, i suggest IH which creates a stronger bonding effect. i have had people tell me personal info within 10 minutes of meeting them when using it
