There’s not much to describe, I suppose, so I’ll cut to the chase. I’m well expressed when with friends, but cripplingly shy around others–and it’s begun to affect me on the job. I work a standard McManagement job, but have been pulled from the comfort of my cubicle more and more often to participate in task forces, which requires me to (gulp!) give presentations to stodgy Board members shut behind mahogany doors on the 42nd floor and to large groups of perfect strangers. Clearly I need a bit of a boost on the self-confidence end, and I also need some work on recrafting my presence as someone who is confident, capable, and experienced (instead of visibly petrified). Internet surfing pointed me in the direction of -mones, and I think it’s high time I started experimenting with their use in the business environment. Of course, other beneficial social effects OUTSIDE the office wouldn’t be too shabby either, if you get my drift. I suppose life’s too short not to engage with people…
Welcome from a fellow Texan…thanks for sharing. Let me first stat off by giving you a couple of links you should definitely look into.

Now onto some suggestions:
For confidence and respect that you’re wanting: A314 this I now refer to as the life changer. You will be putting off that alpha male vibe and the self effects will help you become congruent with that vibe. When I apply my drops, I smear a bit under my nose so the self effects hit me that much quicker.
You will see people post that it makes them walk taller, talk deeper, become less reactive (this is the best part for me). Not only will your co-workers, bosses and clients notice, but ladies will too.
This is one of those products that you just can’t leave home without. It’s the American Express mone from AD.
IG another alpha vibe inducing product, but is less intimdating for some. However you being 37 you can pull off the A314, whereas IG good for all ages, would give a younger guy respect without it having older alphas and alpha women questioning if this guy is full of crap or not.
IS get it for the self effects as well as the effects on others. This is the happy social product. If you want to see if mones work, spray this on yourself, inhale and then try to wipe that grin off your face, I dare you.
IO will help lube up the convos, get people talking to you and you talking to them. Its a bit more subtle from my limited experience vs CTTM2 which is the one I swear by. The name Come Talk To Me for the product lives up to the hype.
IH will help open people but makes for a deeper connection, people will reveal stuff to you. Just be careful, you will reveal stuff to them. God forbit you killed a homeless man just to feel alive, because you just might let that slip out. LOL
Ammo is a good all around standalone product but mixed with others is amazing. It does have a sexual attraction vibe to it, but is buffered with social mones to make it safe for use anywhere…vs tuth wich is purely sexual aggression.
My favorite mix right now is A314, ammo and CTTM2. I wear this at work and play. The mi makes me an attractive, high status male who is approachable.

Finding your sweet spot through testing gives you an idea on what wors best with your body chemistry, and allows you to see what kind of results you can achieve from each mone.
That way when you become proficient enough to mix a few together, you will know what exactly is doing what.
Once again have fun with this, and everything else in life.
Reframe those presentations into a challenge. A challege to prove first to yourself that you can do it.
I used to have a fear of public speaking, even though I did stand up comedy for 2 years, it was why I quit eventually. But since then, I have become fond of getting up and speaking. Quite honestly I enjoy the attention.

While I agree with my colleague that A314 may be right for you, I would like you to consider MX297.
I have done extensive reading on this mix and have found the majority consensus to be that this Mix is great for work.
I have also tested MX297 myself (First test MX297) and have found it to be a very social mix. It also has well buffered androstenone in it for a smooth sexy vibe. I have tested it 4 times but only posted 2 reports because the results were the same. It makes people chatty. Men and women. It makes them want to talk to you. I believe that during a presentation you would be warmly greeted and warmly received. Around the office it sets up a good mood.
