I think the best pheromone to begin with would be ammo. The reason for this is that it is a great all-rounder and can be used in all environments. This phero will help you to be more attractive and sociable.
If you have good finances it may be worth investing in the introduction kit for men as they are great for a newbie. If you are struggling for cash then along with ammo I would consider the socials IO, IH and IS as these alone can help you build your confidence in social settings.

It would help if you amend your age in your profile then - The sort and balance of pheros that would work best for a 58yr old is radically different to those that might work for aguy in his early 20s - And its the younger guy who will get all the negative aspects!
IG is certainly one you should consider for Asian girls around your age and it is also a good smart/dashing general social product. Ammo is fairly low but well-balanced (with Androstenol and Androsterone) Androstenone - Which is a fine blend for your age - social/sexy/masculine. Not the “walking hardon” vibe of more overt Androstenone products, which may not be the best attraction strategy for younger women, esp a quiet/reticent guy, who can easily appear creepy or aggressive with it.
Very generally, Asians tend to go-on Androsterone as the primary phero, with Androstenone in a lower/steering role (but you do get exceptions) - Younger ones are more likely to go on the more youthful, smart/sociable status of IG, whilst older ones can be more drawn to the more mature/in-control status of A314. Mid-late 20s tends to mark the change in liking from one sig to the other and you really see the difference in over 30s.
Summer Ammo is also worth a thought as its two extra molecules (TAA and P130) provide a more chilled/carefree vibe and the P130 is great for helping to make Androstenone much more acceptable around women who are likely to respond badly to it - Younger/Asian in particular. IMO is also has the best scent of all the Ammo versions.
Other products that are good to help you socialise include IO - Bright/bubbly conversation feel, good to talk to. Instant Shine - Happy/feelgood air, great for social confidence and approachability. Also, do not underestimate the value of socials in attraction, esp around younger women, who tend to go for a broad, social/sexy/masculine signature compared to older, who tend to like a more balls-out status/overtly sexual one.
Another thing I’ve found with Asians is that the tolerance for Androstenone varies quite a bit - Westernised Asians and Thais tend to do much better with a more Western-style Androstenone sig, then Koreans and lastly Han Chinese/Japanese, who seem to like least of all. The leaning towards Androsterone (IG) is there in all.
