Hello from the Village in Montreal

Hello everyone, my name is Ron, Im 28, gay and I live in Montreal, CANADA in the gay village.

Im here because I want to find out what kind of results other people are getting using pheromones, and what kind they are using. I am more interested in pheromones intended for gay men.

Thanks and take care!

Ron

Hi Ron, welcome to the forum! My best friend is a gay male 35yrs old. One day when we were hanging out together, I had him apply 2 sprays of Instant Honesty, and 2 sprays of Instant Openess. He was getting hit on left and right! It was a lot of fun. We went to an amusement park together and I had numerous guys asking me for his phone number. At one point we went out to eat at TGI Fridays, and he went to use the restroom, and he came back carrying a drink. I was like, “Where the heck did you get that?” He had just walked up to a large table full of gay men, and he said nothing to them at all. (No kidding, I asked him several times in disbelief.) And they offered to buy him a drink. What a riot! If I had owned Instant Shine at the time, I would have had him use that as well.

AR actually makes a product geared towards the gay (male) community: mystery boy. Look it up

WHy don’t they advertise on their website that Mystery Boy is meant for us fags? I would like to know what is in the formula and what happens when you use it (details!)

Would you happen to know how many sprays the travel sized versions have? That section is also lacking in detail.

Thanks guys, have you ever tried of the gay pheromone spray from verolabs?

The travel sized versions have 40 sprays compared to 200 sprays in 1 oz full size bottle. I don’t see Mystery boy listed in the travel size version page. From one of my PM conversations with Michael I can say that one of the ingredients in Mystery Boy might be TAH (Molecule H) which is also a dominant molecule in all the female mixes (like ISexi). Maybe someone who has used Mystery Boy can shed more light on it.

I wish there was a picture of the travel sized bottle, so I can see if it is refillable. I am planning to test as many as I can, and the portable 5ml sized bottles are the way to go for me to do that without spending a lot for the full sized bottles. Once I find the pheromones that are of most use to me, buying the 1 oz bottles is the next step. Does anyone have a better idea to test a lot of formulas economically?

I have read on the verolabs website that copulins increase testosterone levels in men, but does that also include gay men? I am also into weight training, and was wondering if I can increase my hormone levels using this pheromone (or other relavent pheromones)

Yes, the travel sized bottles are refillable. All androtics bottles are. Yes, you should try the ones you can to get the best idea about which product suits you best. I think that was the primary reason why the travel sized bottles were introduced in the first place.
Does copulins increase testosterone levels in gay men? I don’t know. But some women have reported being hit-on by gay male friends when wearing a strong female mone mix (which always contain copulins).
So maybe it does increase testsosterone in gay men as well but not to the same extent.

From what I’ve heard so far about Copulins is that it seems to repel gay men, well as far as a man wearing it. Perhaps it was something else in the female mix, or perhaps its just a psychological thing because women do tend to get along better with gay men in general.

Thanks for the advice. But as a homosexual ordering pheromone products designed for men, I assume that the designers have the hetero man in mind , but since my homo brain is slightly different (as I have read), I get a little worried since there is usually no information on who should wear it. For example, TUTH, what are its effects on gay men? Mystery Boy only indicates that it is for gay men, with no other information. I realize that I am a minority of the population so priority on keeping us informed is not high, but I hope that someday soon the designer of Mystery Boy will share that information to the world. (Or if the info is already out there, can somebody point the way?)

I just found more info on Mystery Boy using an advance search keyword ‘gay’. So disregard the last part of my last post!

Hey RON.. the only reason I could think of is that most of the users here are Hetero, so your not gonna find information on it. You know, you could actually be one of the first people to test out the Mystery boy and let us know on here. Perhaps even recommend some to some friends so the priority balances out. Aside from that product, I have read on some pheremones, hits coming from homosexuals from this person and that person on this forum. You probably already found it.

Michael (the mastermind behind AR’s products) has given some insight to mystery before. Check it out.

Yeah by all means try out the product and post your experiences here. A lot of the product development at AR follows user feedback very closely. If more of the gay community posted their experiences here, it would not only create more incentive for AR to create products for them…it would give them a better idea of what kinds of products would suit you guys best.

Hi, R0n!

I just saw that you asked about Raw Power in the review section. I’ll answer here.

Raw Power is a heavy androstenone product. It was originally designed for another pheromone store as a refined replacement for a product “Primal Instinct”, which has a few design flaws (in our opinion).

Androstenone is a human pheromone that tends to communicate raw physicality… muscle… strength. A sort of heavy, HEAVY “I’m going to f*ck you now” vibe.

The downside is that it makes some people (including even the wearer) short tempered or angry. (A lot of the people here can attest to that!)

For use as a gay man, I’d say it might help during sex or right before it, but I’m not sure about using it a club or bar as an attractant.

We’ve had a few boys test 'mones around West Hollywood, and their usage showed that while androstenone was attractive to many gay men, it often brought along the bravado atmosphere of a hetero bar or club to them. That it also made bouncers and some other men (most likely hetero men) want to fight.

So you get extreme responses either way, both positive and negative. As we say around here somewhere on the forum, you tend to get either extreme lust or disgust. Let’s put it this way – it’s not the kind of product we feel comfortable selling without warnings.

California can be pretty laid back, wasn’t as acceptable for most our gay testers here to use a heavy androstenone product. Most of the guys here prefer high energy, happy mixes, with just a hint of muscle (androstenone).
