Can you tell us a bit more about yourself so we know what we should suggest, since pheromones for males are different than females, age and location can also play a role.
From what you say, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty and the experimental MX mixes for socials would be the best choice. In general best with 2 sprays, but if I know some more information then maybe I can give you a more personalized advice.

So I’m female and 39 but am told allll the time that I look like I’m in my mid 20’s (Good genes, I suppose!) I also feel like I’m in my 20’s! I live in south Texas so it’s hot here 85% of the time, except for now, when it’s like 35 out 
I’m super shy so I’m looking for something that will give me a bit of a confidence boost at the same time attracting women.

I would say CTTM, 2-3 sprays should be enough. Instant Honesty & Instant Openness also work and give good self-effects, but CTTM is like a social killer spray 
Instant Sexiness A and B give out a more sexual vibe. B is the less strong version of them. I am not a female, so I cannot tell you what its best dosage, but I think its best to take a look at the journals since they provide a good look at the effects.
With pheromones, start slow (1-2 sprays) and slowly ramp up (3-4 sprays, but not more). The sprays are really strong, more than 4 sprays per product is usually not necessary (or you risk having an OD moment). They generally last 4-6 hours, I use A314 and that one works a full working day for me
If you feel a bit more adventurous, then I would say to take a peek at the MX sprays. They are experimental mixes made by members on the forum and there are some really good social sprays in there. Note that these sprays are experimental, so the crew at androtics love to hear your feedback from them.

I think as females we tend to underestimate the power of pheromones. and often see them as something males use for sex. Not even remotely true my friend! So, I’m glad you’re here!
So let’s talk about overcoming that shyness. My personal recommendations for you as a newbie would be Instant Shine (classic) and Instant Openness. Instant Shine is that feel good pheromone that has great self-effects, and has strangers smiling at you for no apparent reason as you walk past. It makes you feel good ABOUT you and others feel good AROUND you. Instant Openness is just what it sounds like, helps people open up. It’s like an ice breaker and conversation starter.
Now, after you get started and try out a few pheromones my absolute fave and personal recommendation is MX135. It’s one of our experimentals but let’s just say I never leave home without it.
