I’m a 35 year old male Manchester UK. I’m interested about pheromones as i really want to impress and attract a girl , so i could take into the next level .
Don’t know which one to choose but thinking of A314 would be best suited.

At that age, I think A314, instant shine and TUTH is very ideal. How old is the woman? Manchester United fan I hope? 
At 35, A314 is well into the ballpark for attraction - at least on more mature women - Mid-late 20s and particularly over 30, when they really tune-in to its signature.
However, A314 is more a product that underlines attraction and helps give substance to your status and solid masculine qualities. You may need to add something to give it a more pronounced sexual/immediately attractive quality. TUTH is good - but its a fairly no-nonsense sexual and it may be a bit blunt in some environments. IS will help make it a bit more widely usable but some more moderation could help - IH or IH/IS is worth considering too.
Lastly, can you give us a little info about her - any clues to what she might like in a man or what she enjoys - It could well be that a different, more social/engaging mix is in order as some women can find A314 mixes to serious or too-much too soon and a lighter more playful mix could be in order, initially at least.
A bit more info about yourself, your personality and your opportunities to use pheros around her would help too - and it will get you the GC to get started.

she’s shy and i am shy and that’s stopping us from going onto the next level
if there was anything to add a spark to our conversation , we do talk a lot but
something is stopping us to take it through to the next level , we are playful but its frustrating , one on side i dont want to loose a friend if i make the wrong move. so i am waiting for her , to make the move …so i need some help somehow … ( i hope you understand what i mean )
OK, A314 can be more difficult if you are shy/reticent as it can make you seem more remote/standoffish unless you take positive steps to project sociability along with its signature. IG is inherently more sociable/smart status, so it might well be the better choice - at least to begin with.
A little overt none like TUTH might still be useful but again, too much on a shy/reticent guy can seem a but creepy/opressive etc but with some careful dosing it can work. Ammo might be better instead as it is all-round social/sexy but still reasonably masculine. IS and P83 are still very much in the frame due to their pleasant, feelgood and disinhibiting effects - which can only help here!
IS/IH - is a good adult conversation mix. The IS helps steer things away from “too deep” - into bonding/trusting/sharing but exciting and playful territory. With a little sexual steering, this can get interesting if you handle it right.
