Work in a backpacker hostel so dealing with guests all day, so looking for something to help make people feel at ease, happy etc when they are passing through reception

Welcome to the site. A good place to start is the Men’s Ultimate Kit as you would get everything to try in one nice kit. It all comes down to experimenting to see what works best for you and this way you get everything to try. I will still make a few suggestions on which ones you should look into for your goals.
For work
Usually you will want A314 or IG as your main pheromone for work. This will you will get respect and people will listen to you.
A314 This thing commands respect and authority and will give you a CEO vibe.
IG I usually almost always suggest A314, but for you this may be better suited as it is softer and you will still come off as a mature knowledgeable guy.
Now the socials. These can be used for just about anything and any situation and are VERY important.
IS I agree with Chris on this one as you will put your guests in a good mood.
IO This one I think will go well because people will open right up to you which is what you want.
IH This will promote binding and deep conversations.

Ammo If anything else get this one. For attraction and nice cologne to. Very balanced to.
