So I face a daily challenge of overcoming social awkwardness, conversational silences, and general lack of confidence that leads most people I talk to to walk away and I want something that will 1. Make me more confident in my response. 2. Something to make me smell good so my presence will at least be enjoyable for the aroma. 3. Give off good vibes and feelings to the other person. I am exited to delve into the world of pheromones because science intrigues me and I don’t have a lot of people in my life, well I do but none of them have or will really step into it because a lack of flowing conversational rythm.

Generally it is recommended to start with the men’s pack, but if you aren’t really worried about messing around with sexual mones you’d probably be ok to just get social -mones.
Ideally you’d either want IO, IH, or perhaps CTTM2.
I found personally that IH worked really well for getting passed social awkwardness. I’m not a socially awkward person but IH just breaks that barrier and I found myself being extremely close and personal with whoever I encountered, and they too with me.

Welcome to the site. I agree with the Men’s Ultimate Kit if you can get it as it would save you money on shipping costs and you would get everything to start with. This is your best and most economical option by far to start with. If you are in the states you would also get free shipping which is another $10 savings on top of the $25GC, so you can’t go wrong with it.
But if you want a few to try definitely Summer Ammo is your best bet for your goal. I totally agree with Dee and try TUTH later on. IO is another good one and with this one I would try on your neck area so it helps you open up as well as others and this way you will get the maximum effect out of this one that way. Pheromones can have great self effects and are often not realized, but if used right it can have dramatic effects on you and your targets.
Another one that is not mentioned is CTTM2 and will get people talking and keep the conversations flowing and is also worth looking at.
