I was excited to find your forum while researching a replacement for another pheromone cologne, “Lure for Him”. I had used this years ago when I hit the dating scene. I never was a fan, since it was such a sweet scent, but I tried it several times anyways. I never convinced myself it had much of an effect , and after finding my true love, it went into a box and was forgotten, at least until a few weeks ago.
Several years into our stable and loving relationship, things had gotten a little stale between my sweetie and I. Going through boxes while spring cleaning, I came back across ‘Lure’ and thought for grins I would give it a try. To my surprise there was a noticeable and definite change in sudden renewed feelings of love and interest between us both, even though the product had long since expired. I still am not a fan of the scent, but it’s not so bad that I won’t find a way to use up the remainder of the bottle. 
My initial thought was to find a product that I could add to the cologne of my choosing, but I wasn’t willing to spend out a fair bit of coin on something I couldn’t verify would be worth it’s claims.
Anyhow, I’m looking to try out some other products, and after reading several of the posts here, I think I can tell these are the products I’m willing to spend some money on.
I doubt I’ll need the whole host of introductory products, but I thought I might get a start with TUTH, AMMO, A314, and/or IH.
My sweetie and I are kind of homebodies, and do some dinner parties with friends. What I’m looking for mostly is something to keep the fires lit in the bedroom, and also restart the long intimate conversations we had in the first year of dating.
Thanks for your forum and all the contributions everyone has made to this; I’ve learned a great deal while reading the posts over the last few days, and know there is so much more there! I look forward to any advice you could provide me, and also making some posts of my own.

Yes, to all of the above. TUTH, would be great for that sexual Heat and IH would be a good one for deep and intimate communications. I’ve noticed with IH, as well, especially with a LTR, you have those intense looks of understanding and bonding.
I would add IShine to your short list as it’s a fun, comforting, youthful vibe that brings a satisfying to be here feeling all around.
AMMO, my preference is the World Edition and coming in second, the Summer Edition. The FF22 on the OG AMMO is not a scent that I like. Hey you may like it. If you’re like me, you’ll tolerate it. The mone effects are of a sexy confident male here, with the emphasis on sexy. I generally use this during the day, most anytime. As you have a closed group of friends that you already know their reactions to you, you’ll be able to gauge the mones effects fairly quickly, IMO.
I would have you also look at testing out TAC molecule and see how that helps or hinders your closeness and if it fires up the bedroom.
As to the excercise part, I would suggest using your Ipod or smart phone to listen up to some pumping plays first such as below, to get you up and fired up:
It gives me that first push to get up off my butt and into my routine. That’s a classic that I like to start with sometimes.
I thought it was corny at first but once it gave me the results of Just Going and Doing it, I don’t pishaw it anymore!

It looks like you’ve really done your research well! I condone the selections you’ve made.
I do think it would benefit you to get all of the ones you picked out. Just make sure that you only wear TUTH around her, rather than out and about in public. TUTH gives a very “lets go to the bedroom now” vibe, and it can make others feel uncomfortable if they aren’t already receptive to that sort of thing from you. Ammo is much safer for daytime wear, as 1Alpha stated.
I’ve had great success with using IH for bonding with others. It’s very effective with women. It can be combined very well with the others that you picked out, so go ahead and experiment with mixing and matching to tweak the mood.

It’s funny that you sent along the Rocky training video of the Survivor tune. This is one that comes across the “My Own 80’s Training Montage” playlist on Songza when I work out, and it always gets me pumped up to go more! Love it!
I also appreciate Miss Dragon’s advice here. Not having used ‘proper’ pheromones before, it’s hard for me to perceive such a response that a fore-warning when and where I should and shouldn’t apply mones, particularly TUTH, is needed, although given some of the stories I’ve read here already, I know this stuff is no toy!
Neither of you seconded my suggestion on A314; would you suggest I go for IShine instead A314 for this order maybe?

Oh, one more question I have…
Do you feel it is worth buying the 5ml bottles over the to-go sprays. I can’t see that I’ll be carrying these around in my pocket, but maybe I should be opting for a small trial run here.
Well, I think we ALL agreed with your A314 selection! You have a good solid choice of mones for your situation. Yes, you can try, like the Starter edition…for men:
Now, the A314 spray, for the Authority vibe that cloaks you with it, but will be dismissed if you don’t step up and have that tone and confident body language in yourself. The Spray, alcohol based, have a shorter half life than the A314 oil. The spray, in general, may last 3 to, maybe, 4 hours… more or less depending on factors such as, external heat, humidity, temperature, etc. The Oil, which is what I have always ordered, will last closer to 10 to 12 hours, IME. I use it in my morning routine, and set and forget. I may take my IShine with me and refresh it’s application in the early PM.
You’ve got a good mental handle on which will work for your social application. Once you try them, you’ll have an experience base and handle on how much they work for you.

Yes, a314 is definitely worth your time. And yes, you should start out with 5ml bottles. Any time I try a new product, I try it first in 5ml because I don’t know yet if I will want to keep it around long-term. The 5ml is a great size for getting to know a product, then I reorder in 30ml if I liked it enough.

Honestly when thinking about this, I know there are some great users that have been on the forum a long time and some that have not been around for a while, that have left their indelible Mark on this forum forever.
I went above and beyond ‘a few’ posters, as I have learned SO MUCH from all of the above!
Read up, for sure, and at the same time, make it a habit to form your own observations and opinions of how the mones work FOR YOU and those around you. I suggest you start up your own journal, jotting down your observations sans mones of your social interactions. Then, I won’t take forever to get back to the Intro forums.
