The reason I started looking into pheromones is because I’m kind of shy when it comes to approaching people. Or maybe just outgoing…
So from my understanding instant openness could do the job right? Sounds like it will help me just be more comfortable in front of people.
I don’t think instant shine would be good for someone my age, because it seems like that is for people wanting to be more youthful.. What can help me just be overall comfortable and calm in front of people/approaching people?
i think you have been doing some reading, IO would be a great one to start with.

Yes you can use cologne with your mones it actually can help with diffusion of the products. Ammo does come in its own cologne but it smells really good sort of like Green Irish Tweed.
