I too an using it more for a work related purpose. Not that I don’t have a job, I just want to see its effects on respect and other such things in the work area.
From what I read, A314 is a good one for work, or it’s little bother IG. Topped with some IH and IS is supposed to help as well. A314 gives you that non-threatening but Alpha male status. IH allows people to open up to you more and faster. IS just makes people happpy!
As for the ladies, Ammo is supposed to be pretty good at that, in an standard, “oh I think he’s cute!” kind of way. TUTH is the “Get him the fuck in my bed. Now.” so depending on what you are looking for, you could use a different mone.
Like I said though, I am new, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Well, as to the ones provided by AD, I will say, these do work as designed!
For work, well, I use A314 as the base of my combo’s… with A314, I feel stronger, faster, like a 6 million dollar MAN…well, I DO feel like an ALPHA Male, I know who I am and I expect others to respect me and my opinion! I get it from others even before I talk! It is the best ALPHANESS in a bottle around, bar none!
Looking for work and if the budget is tight, yes, as Spherous pointed out, IG could be a good starting point as this does give you a confident self effect as well as a calm and dependable vibe in others.
AMMO is a great stand alone product which will also give you a feeling of being comfortable in your own skin as well as getting the women feel that you have something different… your attractive…want to be with you…like your ‘vibe’…
For you though, IS would also be a great as it gives you a smile, normally, and others feel relaxed and content around you. This is to ward off the feeling of others having an INSTANT dislike of you…
If you can, get the IH as well! This will project in other a feeling of being comfortable with you, of feeling that they’ve known you a long time…that they can confide in you.
For work, I’d suggest a combo of IG + IS + IH. Check out my link below on how to get the most out of mones by Steve O. You can do checks on your sweet spot (best application dose to get the results you want!) for each of the products. Though, if you are short on time, try 2 X IG, 3 X IS and 3 x IH…look, listen, for the effects, and adjust your application if needed…
For the women, a combo of AMMO + IG + IS and even possibly IH would be great! Atractive, cool, and sparkly guy coming through!!! With the IH, the feeling of I can open up to you… I’m comfortable to talk to you… It just seems like I know you vibe! 
Well, that’s just my opinion and users will provide different combos to arrive at the same conclusion…you will have to figure out what is best with your physiology, environment, and personality…

Hey, Thanks guys, they were all great answers, and no, I don’t know what brand the first one I used was, I was at this party,about to go clubbing and someone just sprayed it on me and said"that’ll test it, if HE picks up, we know it works" then he told me what it was, people did seem to react differently to me than usual though, I wasted half the night talking to a young female detective, she might have taken me home if I had’nt asked her to" handcuff me and violate my civil rights" up untill then she was REAL friendly, seems there are limits.
A314 is great, but consider your own behavior and how you present yourself. A314 doesn’t have a lot of None but it DOES have some and a few people have said it can be intimidating and off putting. I love it but I also believe that some people may need to work up to it.
Consider starting with Instant Gentleman and Instant Openness and Instant Shine. The mix says fun, social, and likable but also mature and reliable.
Also get A314 and Instant Honesty.
Start with two sprays each of IG, IO and Shine and work that mix for a few weeks.
Then after about three or four weeks, cut back to one spray each of the IG and IO, replace the spray of IG with a drop of A314 and the spray of IO with a spray of IH.
Continue like that until you run out of IG and IO and then go with JUST A314, IH and Shine.
The mature, reliable but dominant vibe gradually increases with people that already know and like you, the social signal starts off fun and chatty but gradually becomes deeper, more connected and trusting.

TUTH: for the sexual man vibe
IJ: for the OMG please mount me, spank me and I’ll call you daddy vibe.
Each serve their place and while Ammo is a great product, I’m betting your friends used some type of heavy AndrosteNONE based product. All three of the ones I mentioned have it in there, you just need to decide which direction suits you better. Just think of IJ as the ultimate in confidence and personally I think you could pull it off. Keep in mind though IJ is not your everyday kind of product and you’ll get much more use out of Ammo. I would also suggest IO and Ishine with any one of the three. Either way a great combo.
