It’s always great to see another woman around here! I’ve never tried it myself, but you might want to look at Instant Female Magic to help other women feel more comfortable around you.
As for your nervous target guy I think the phero designed to help communication would be work trying for example Instant Openness to make small talk easier and increase the quantity of conversation or Instant Honesty to get into deep, heavier, more “quality” conversation. Of course, a spritz of Instant Shine wouldn’t do any harm either.
