Yes they can do - However its not like the “amazing” claims made by many of the less reputable sellers. You still have to do most of the work yourself but the pheros make that a lot easier.
I started with pheros at the latter end of a protracted period of improvement and re-adjusting myself and my attitudes after a long, long dry spell that followed the end of an LTR. Pheros were not the only thing but they certainly helped all my other improvements fall into place and work more regularly/reliably.

Well my name is Mike a 39yr old male from virginia. I am a shy kinda person, but have a heart of gold. Then, they Will do wonders, in conjunction with You.
For the shyness, I’d say, a couple of things. For the convo’s and just being comfortable to open up, I’d suggest IShine and IO. This will get you out of your box. Possibly, IG and IShine? That could be a combo to go… or IShine and IO… THAT is a smooth, social combo. Also, will depend a bit on your target audience and how well they ‘know’ you. What they think about you and how easy they are to accepting a new mone signal from you. It may take a few applications around them to start coming around to your new signal.
