Hi! well i am a 40 years old man and I’m from Florida USA, the problem that I have is how to break the ice with a woman, a little lack of confidence or mood, after that is done I’m ok. I was reading that ammunition change your mood and give you more confidence, I don’t know if that is true but I would like to try it and see if that helps. Thanks
Yes - Ammo is a good start and as you are over 40, the 2x or “heavy” version might well be best from the off - The reason for this is because as we age, our natural Androstenone production tails-off, so we can get better results compared to a younger guy with a much higher output who would likely OD with the same amount - It also gives us more versatile use of a variety of higher none and status products.
However I suggest you steer clear of the more overt sexuals and high status products because they can backfire badly on an unconfident/quiet/reticent guy by making them seem even less approachable, aggressive, standoffish or even creepy and this only serves to make things a lot harder when getting to know people. LAstly, I will say that the strength of self effects do vary greatly between individuals and as I mentioned above, you do also get used to them, so take precautions to avoid overusing the products and look to other ways to boost your confidence/sociability - then the pheros will support your improvements in all sorts of ways. Personally, I was a bit withdrawn and reticent when thrown back into things after the end of a stormy LTR. Phjeros were not the only thing but when I finally came to them, everything did fall into place more reliably in many good ways.
