He is a pretty cool guy and we get along well but I have been working for a little over two months and I did great when i first came on, He said I picked things up really quickly and if I kept going that way he would like to see me as his assistant manager someday, but about two weeks after I started I had a bad couple of weeks where I just couldn’t get anything right no matter how hard I tried.
It had been well over a month now and he still talks to me like i’m stupid even though he has said on multiple occasions that I have gotten back on track and am on par with people that have worked there for over a year.
I have tried a314 and ig but nothing is working, I guess i’m not sure how to be congruent.
A couple of days ago I tried on a spray of ammo at home to see how strong it was and what it smelled like and I could barely smell it and it smelled like soap which seemed weird
Also on my next order i would like to get p74 p75 and p86. What dosage should i get for p74 and p86 and is p75 safe for work.
A314 could become counterproductive if you are not congruent with it. It can make men more aggressive and act on their impulses, especially if you do screw up with something, or if they have formed a low opinion about your for screwing things up. Also, A314 might not be the best choise considering that you are only 20.
I would go with Ammo or IG instead - these have a more relaxed feeling to them. Ammo and IG are about likeability - too much of them can even have the effect of being the little brother, i.e people caring too much for you. A314 on the other hand gives off an aura of respect (as opposed to likeability), but you will have to show something for it - or at least not to screw up on anything major, or you might be seen as a jerk.
You could also try IH or IS to help turn things around.
You need to knock your status down a bit. Shine & gentlemen. Add some IH for next time you ask him directly for evaluation. In a manner in which you seek valuable feedback and what you can improve upon.

Went to work to find the store was crazy busy but instead of felleng overwhelmed like i usually do everything just flowed. First thing that happened was i made a woman 2 sandwiches and took about 2 minutes from start to finish and she tipped me 10 bucks,almost as much as her entire order cost.
A couple of girls walked in and ordered everything fine but when one girl got to me she messes EVERYTHING up and corrected herself at every step and kept apoligising, she even took her sweat shirt off even though it was pretty chilly inside (im pretty sure that is a ioi).
We got a huge rush and by the time it was over two guys got all of the trays from across the store and brought them to me saying that they just saved me a trip.
Later at night i asked my manager where i was and where i could im prove like pharoh said too and he said he will think about it to make sure he gives me a good answer but said he diddnt want anyone to be his assistant manager but me and wasnt going to promote anybody so i could have the job when im ready. He also said he would work on getting me a key to the store and i would have a raise by the end of the month
Excellent work, bro! I’m glad you went ahead and started using IH, I was about to tell you that you need to start drenching yourself in it. IH will be your golden ticket in this situation.
