Help!::Just received SoE.. but iono if its a defective item or not..

Hi, I just received the Scent of Eros scented, which was ordered via Amazon.com, through pacificpheromones.com Now when I opened the package, I realized that the bottle was wet. The label of the bottle was also slightly faded as well, either due to the liquid or of its age.. The writings underneath by J V Kohl is faded and can be barely read. I am not sure if it is a defective item or not since it’s my first time trying it.. The smell of it has the musk fragrance but also a bit of empty? or water? smell underneathe it. I am bit of a skeptical as I am a first user and I’m even thinking about the possibility of it being diluted with water… I am not sure if this is the original product or a non-defective product so can anyone who has used the rollerball SoE before help me out? Or let me know if pacificpheromones.com is a legitimate site I can trust?

Yup - Stick to a known trustworthy vendor - The risk of faked pheros on Sites like Amazon & Ebay is just too high!

ugh.. so do you think ive gotten a defective item?

edit i found out what it smells like… it smells like davidoff cool water… after it fades a lil.. or like a cheap cologne..

if i use a cologne to cover phero, how does it work? doesnt phero need to be smelled in order for it to work?

The best thing is just test it for a few days or a week. Use a decent amount, but don’t go overboard with like 30 inches.

I personally dislike the smell of SoE as it’s kind of harsh. But your description matches my bottle.

Sounds to me like it is defective. Pacificpheromones.com is not a pheromone company. They are either resellers or affiliate marketers. Resellers buy in bulk and resell those products shipping them themselves. Affilates find sites that offer affiliate programs and sell there products making a profit. They are still shipped by the parent company.

Try to always go right to the source when buying mones. Lovescent is the only reseller (they have some products exclusive to them to) that I trust.

JVkohl the maker of SOE has his own website and store.

I notice where you bought yours has a return policy. I would send them back. Hopefully they will honor it.

This has nothing to do with us but I don’t want you to get a ‘bad taste’ from pheromones in general. If they don’t take care of you please e-mail me (jslavalle@androtics.com) and I’ll try to do what I can to make sure the experience doesn’t ruin your opinion of pheromones in general. Its not all like that. :slight_smile:

I can’t recall who the Amazon seller was, but I got my Scent Of Eros from Amazon.
