Hi everyone, my name is Leon, and I’m sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin, and I am studying Electrical and Computer Engineering.
And while I am sure that my choice of a “geeky” major has already led a few of you to think that I have a typical engineer’s social and sex life, I must say that I think I get by well enough, but I am still curious about pheromones, and the possible benefits they may present. I would say that I am split between both camps- I can’t deny my interest in what they can do for me personally, but I also must add that the science and research behind them in intriguing, and exciting!
I am a 19 year old male, originally from North Texas, but I am in Austin for college right now. I hope that pheromones will give me more insight into what advances I can make in certain social situations, as well as improve my overall confidence and awareness.
Outside of classes, studying, and being a nerdy guy, I love to write, play guitar, meet interesting people, and learn new things. If you’ve ever been to Austin, you’ll know that its a city with a million different faces, and I want to know them all!

I would say the possiblites are very high, as far as pheromones go, and I sure you will find it intriguing, and exciting!
For social situations, you can tell me more about your personality so that we can get down to business, as far as the direction we can go in providing better suggestions. I understand your confidence situation to a degree. Notice I said to agree, yet there’s somethings that I’m wondering about, like are you looking for something to help out with the ladies? I think the science behind pheromones is the most intriguing. Garnering interest from women is great and all and is the main focus of men using them but I see pheromones like a very intricate puzzle within different puzzles that only tie in to each other by certain links.
They can definitely help improve who you are over time and has made going out simply a breeze for me and everyone else here. I like to write as well. With pheromones I don’t think you really ever stop learning.
In response, as a college student, one is bound to notice that some majors simply take more effort than others, and engineering is one of those more tedious majors. So while everyone is partying on Thursday nights, I am diligently in the lab getting an assignment done. And many take this idea too far, and assume that engineers forsake all opportunities to have fun, but I assure you, this isn’t the case.
And for the personality area, I am a fairly confident person, and generally succeed well in most social situations, but I am starting to notice patterns in who I approach/ and who I dont. It seems that I set a glass ceiling for myself, and almost never approach a certain kind of person who is ‘out of my league’. This is interesting to me, as I generally never have such problems in other aspects of my life, just here in relationships.
And I think everyone, (myself included), is looking for something to help with the ladies, but i am more concerned with the ladies whom in my shoes wouldn’t even try to hit on. I’m interested in determining what it really takes to get noticed, and afterwards, what it takes to maintain it.
And I indeed believe that such pheromones can change your personality, and I would be very curious to see how they would affect you in the long term.
As you already understand that pheromones are not necessarily a magic wand that will make you an instant chick magnet, it’s more a tool that you use in a manner to get your foot in the door; so with that, here are my suggestions:
