I’m a 26 year old female in South Carolina and I’m looking for pheromones to help me in my “love life.”
I’ve been with the same guy off and on, mostly on, since college and he’s gotten a case of the “seven year itch.” He recently broke up with me, saying that he is not really interested in me sexually any more. He says I am attractive, but there has to be something more than that. He loves me and I love him, but he has decided that we are meant to be friends, not a couple. I know that becoming less physically interested in someone after you’ve been with them for years is totally normal, especially if you are not in the habit of trying “new” things. Well the thing is that it does sound manipulative from that stand point. But thats just the perception of others.
What matters is your own intention for doing things.
Relationships have their ups & downs, twists and turns, patches and breaks.

Love is not just about sex, emotions and the good times and neither is a relationship.
I do not believe he was completely honest with you as to why he broke up with you and you trying to rekindle a spark to win back is affection I personally don’t see as the way you should go.
Think about it this way, this guy is not perfect and neither are you but you accept him for who he is and love him regardless.
What if the pheromones work and then he breaks up with you again for something else , are you gonna keep trying to be perfect so he can give you the loyalty and commitment you deserve from a 7 yr relationship?
