Briefs have that, too.
I don’t like briefs because they make a guy look like a little boy. Little boys wear briefs. Men should not be afraid of giving their goods some room to breathe.

This was my hubby’s favorite style until I turned him on to silky stretch boxers:
GAH! I think that’s even worse than briefs. It looks like a jockstrap!
Well, it’s just a case of function over form, I guess. Boxers give you wedgies, and chafe alot surprisingly. They aren’t that comfortable in certain activities, such as riding a motorcycle. I thought boxer briefs were better, but they are basicly briefs with legs, right?
I can’t believe we are discussing underwear, it’s almost a moot point ![]()
One more question… do women really like those dark, squarish glasses on men? I hate them. Yuck. I like the 90’s eyeglasses fashions better, which makes it harder to find glasses. After years of having glasses that were heavy, the glasses in the 90’s were a revelation. Now they are going back to having heavy, plasticy looking frames. I admit, that style looks good on some women, but other women it looks horrible. On me, I don’t care for them.
LOL…Carrie, those are scary!

Let me clear up the “brief” thing. These are..ahem…boxer briefs. Not exactly what you’d wear if you were six.
“Little boy” dun spring to mind here. ![]()

LOL!!! I kept laughing at this thread, very cute yet funny!:o
me, I don’t care about glass frames lol, they’re just devices to help people see lol, some can afford stylish ones while others don’t have enough money. But squarish glasses could be cute on some guys…like superman ![]()
Actually my hubby wears boxers for when he is working or needs something functional but if we are going out and he is planning on getting lucky later (with me of course LOL) he will wear his boxer briefs. I can always tell his mood by the underwear he has on LOL
I think is looks sexy in both kinds.
Myself I wear all kinds as well but I like boyshorts the best, cheekies are cool to my hubby likes when I wear those but they do ride up. Thongs I have but they are not my favorite they annoy me.
I think as long as the style fits the persons face and enhances it its fine. Some people look good in the new styles and some dont.
One tip though guys, If your going to wear briefs, dont get white, The ladies are right white briefs reminds me of little boys and I would imagine that your mom still buys your underware. LOL
Tisha
I get turned on by panties. If I had a girlfriend I’d swap underwear with her for a night, theres something exciting about wearing girls clothes and no one knows .(I’m not a transvestite lol)
As for what I normally wear, tight boxers. I guess the technical term would be boxer briefs. No wedgies and I like the subtle squeeze it gives lol especially when you delibratly buy them a size to small.
Daedelus76: Out of curiosity, what do you ladies have against briefs?
My boyfriend wears his briefs one to many sizes to large for comfort. Looks like a parachute on his ass not sexy… however he has small tight red/blue briefs that I think are very sexy when worn. He wont wear them tho not enough ball room or something. Nothing against briefs, I personally dont like if they are too big they become unattractive. Thats like a woman wearing granny panties under a sexy outfit. Not always attractive to the eyes… when your in the mood.
Probably not your case with briefs, but this is my case with them.
LMAO, ladygrey. Droopy pants!
The boxers/briefs debate has been going on for decades so I doubt we will be the ones to resolve it. Can we all at least agree that thongs are to be worn with great caution? And never the comedy type with an animal design or tuxedo built into it.
Daedelus, far be it from me to tell you how to dress.
But since you asked for input…My opinion is that smaller around the eye, colored, lightweight plastic frames are cool. Anti reflective. Round ones or large ones or tinted or aviator shaped are less cool. ![]()
Kitten
I can’t get too bothered about the boxers/briefs question. Sure, tighty whiteys may make me cringe, but if we’ve gotten that far they’re not staying on long enough for it to matter!
Whew you go girl LOL ![]()
Although I love a man in a great crisp shirt, I honestly find I’m more attracted to men who have some fashion challenges. I also think its important for guys to be cleaned and well groomed, but I’ve always liked it when I dress better and primp more than my man. I guess I just find it a manly trait when they don’t spend too much time fussing about their looks. (Consequently, I have to help my hubby ALOT with his wardrobe choices…but he’s still hot, hot, hot!!!)
I Agree with what most of the other ladies here said.
I’ll add:
Dressing to suit the weather, your body and the occasion is the hallmark of good taste.
Writings and big logos are pretty immature on anyone not a teenager.
Good fit is the most important thing of all, find brands that suit your bodytype and get things tailored if you need to. If you are on a budget, a knit is better than a badly fitting suit.
Briefs look good on very good bodies, boxers are more forgiving.
I enjoy musky, warm perfumes on men. Pipe tobacco, tonka, frankincense and dark musks are just so sexy!
Oh, djacquelyn, I love Lagerfield too. Let me just get a whiff of a man wearing it and I’m likely to follow him anywhere. Too bad my ex-husband wasn’t all that interested in what I liked to smell~~he prefered cheap stuff from Wally World!!!
If u look good naked you look good in anything.
Lol. Not necessarily the case. Sometimes, the colours look gross on certain people. shudder
I like muscular men but only when they’re in sleeveless tight t-shirts.
I also like those tall and slim types but they’ll probably have to have similar taste to what Dior Homme puts on the runway.

Speaking of which, I really ought to revamp my boyfriend’s wardrobe when I go home later this month.
Don’t really know why this thread is on the front page since the last response was on September 5th, 2008, 01:43 AM. lol I’ll play anyway…
I guess at first glance, it would have to be his shirt, since I notice their face first. What a man wears doesn’t affect wether I think he is good looking or not. Not unless he’s wearing pants that are falling down and I can see his boxers. That is just gross. What he wears will give me a glimpse of his personality. I’ll have an idea of wether he is outgoing, conservative, energetic, etc. What he chooses to wear will not tell me what his income is, it will only give me an idea of the income level that he wants to portray. I know people who wear expensive designer clothes who are in huge debt. I also know people who work outside or just love being outdoors who feel comfortable going out with dirt on their cheap clothes, yet they are very rich. The way people dress is all relative to the area you live in, of course. The way he carries himself and the way he communicates, his views on things will tell me much more about him than the way he dresses. As far what he smells like. If I can smell his heavy cologne ten feet away or if he has bad body odor, forget it, that is a huge turn off.
I am not really into clothes but I love to see a well dressed man from head to toe. On occasion that is. If I had to choose I would say the bummed out look does it for me.
That way when he finally does dress up I will be super shocked and impressed. A man who dresses well all the time gets boring and I feel like he has nothing to surprise me with.
Of course, he has to smell good. I recently bought my b/f Play by Givenchy which is a great scent and I love that he uses Axe for his deodorant.
Another cologne I think is absolutely delightful is Lapidus.
Hi chops,
hi mic i was wondering same, howcome it is on front page. but this intrests me a lot so answering .
My vote definitly goes for shoes, 2nd most imp thing for me is smell.
i feel a guy can choose any outfit depending on the occasion, place or anything, even if he likes to shock the world around with wiered dressing. but if he is wrong with shoes not just going with the look. i might not give him a second look. shoes reflect your concern. even about the last thing.if a guy is concerned anout that, he definitly would be considerate for ohther things in his life.thats how i think… & we women want a lot of concern from our men.
smell is again very imp as it shows again the clean habits & real turn on. if a guy smells great i sniff & sniff n maybe close eyes at times. when a women closes eyes she is feeling it. thats where it hits. if u can make a women feel sumthing about you , u r going right.
would luv to ans more, if u want.
