With weather yes they can have an impact on the pheromones. Usually high heat and humidity can effect things like how fast they diffuse and dose also. I tend to use a good quality lotion because of this. The lotion may slow diffusion a bit, but tends to make them last longer.
To start your best bet would be to look at the Female Wardrobe as you would get everything to try in one nice kit.
What you will want to do first thing is to test the IS/A and IS/B and see what is a better fit, then use the better fitting one as your main pheromone for attraction.
The other 3 are socials IH, IO, and IShine.
I would start with IO and would consider trying on you throat and the reason is to help ease tension for you and help you and others open right up to you. This will get people chatty.
Then down the road maybe switch to the IH as this will provide more bonding and deep conversations.
The IShine will give you a boost in confidence and put everyone in a good mood.
The oils like Dee mentions are also worth looking at as well.
