I would recommend getting sexy or sexy b. Io or IH is great as they make people comfortable and sometimes chatty. Is is also a great one as it just makes you and people around you feel great.

I believe sexy is more geared toward alpha girls and sexy B more for beta. Kind of depends on how outgoing you are. Someone will know more than me on this one though

I would say shine, it just makes people feel good! This one people do get used to after a while though so the effects wont be as high if you wear it all the time.

Since you are new to the world of pheromones and Androtics, I would stick with the consumer line. Try both Sexy A and Sexy B. See which one you like better. Add some Instant shine as well.
The female version of A314 is Mx300. Some women claim that it makes them bitchy. I know of 2 females that use A314 for work purposes. They both have had great results.
Unfortunately there is no one product that does it all. However, the products here can be layered to produce whatever effects you prefer.
Instant Sexiness A will give you more of a strong sexy aura, think Angelina Jolie, and IS/B will give more of a soft sexy kittenish aura, think Marilyn Monroe.
For respect, try MX300, the womens version of A314. Women have successfully used A314, but it needs to be used in moderation and also needs to be buffered well.
