Hello! I suppose I should start with a little introduction on myself.
I’m a 20 year old guy, living in Singapore. I’m pretty geeky, and although I have a fair amount of friends that I enjoy spending time with, still looking to widen my social circle and get to know more people. I suppose I’m the type of person who has a group of really close friends as opposed to many. I find that I’m really shy when it comes to breaking the ice, and it takes a while to for me to warm up to people, especially with the opposite sex! So partially why I’m looking at pheromones is to help ease the process of doing so.
Ideally, I would like something that makes me seem more approachable! It would be nice to have other people initiate conversation with me. (I tend to be on the quiet side unless people talk to me, working on opening up more though!)
As for work, I’m currently in the army, so I’m staying in a camp on weekdays and usually only get to go out on weekends. Thus I’m looking for something that helps me interact with people better when I’m out on weekends.
I figure pheromones can give me a boost and help me improve my social skills. Going to start small with social pheromones and then start building up from there
I plan to start out with using IO, what about A314 though? Some of the stuff I’ve read seem to suggest that it does not work as well on people within my age group.
Oh, I’ve also read that different races are affected differently? Over here it’s asian (mostly chinese) in case that’s a factor.
Hi and welcome to the forum! Thanx for the cool intro. I’m a fem and relatively new, but I’ll do my best to pass on the basics of what I know or a recurring theme on the forum. If your shy with approaching people in general, IO would be a good start to try. It promotes light, easy interaction. People approach you, you find it easier to approach and respond - as long as you behave in line with the mones - you can’t wear IO and stand in a corner facing the wall. You must be open mentally and reflect that physically; or in other words, don’t scowl.
This would describe Instant Shine. IS gives you a shine. You need to reflect openness at the minimum; eg open body language, smile etc. IS will entice people to draw near and hang around. Makes me feel good. Some people don’t get self effects with mones; but most do.
Instant Honesty will help with the ‘better’ aspect of interactions. It encourages a deeper communication, quality rather than quantity. Be careful of wearing IH in your own face, as you may find yourself blurting something out as well I only wear IH on the back of my neck and the top of my head, now :o
All three of the above can be combined. Read some of the journals - mens and womens see what they used, how they used, and what kind of reactions they got. Yours will be different, as we are all individuals, and you’ll see that on the posts, too.
As to the A314, if you read any of the intro threads of young shy guys, all of the experienced mone users will tell them that A314 is something for experienced users, having a strong alpha vibe that you need to be in line with. It also can sometimes intimidate younger girls, I think. Someone will be along to clarify that. Most of them suggest Instant Gentleman as a great starting place. The threads read that IG will help boost your self confidence along with appearing charismatic and a more mature vibe.
I don’t remember the specifics of the race affects; but the guys will be along shortly to welcome and offer advice. There are whole threads on the subject of mones and various Asian races. You’d best be getting that information from there or from the guys directly.

I agree with pretty much everything she said. IO and IS for your social stuff, IH for your small group of friends will create fantastic friend-ring feelings.
A314 works best when you are in-line with the pheromone signature you’re giving off. For a small geeky guy to suddenly be giving off alpha pheros it can weird people out, especially if they already know you. IG can at times be a less instrusive version of A314, it is made primarily from the same molecule and I use it in the workplace when I don’t want to cause conflict with other alphas.
I only wear IH on the back of my neck and the top of my head, now :o
