Hi everyone I work in a pretty competitive business environment and I’m looking for something to help give ke that edge in meetings and with new clients. I’m a little concerned about anything too aggressive because my stature already gives me somewhat of a dominant look. I’m 6ft 200 lbs at 10% body fat so I’m looking for a good starter to help people feel more comfortable around me. Of course, anything to help with the ladies at night would be fun too.

IG might be a good place to start - It is a good smart but light and sociable status product which would probably suit you very well.
A314 might be a bit much given your build but in time it may be good to progress to that. Its a bit less sociable but a lot more in control and trusting. The oil is smooth and subtle, with a very light scent, so it won’t be too overwhelming at a sensible dose range (save the crazy doses for after work with a sexual like TUTH! 
) It can however be steered with instant Shine for friendly/team-centric qualities, IH to deepen the trist aspect and P74 to enhance bonding/connection - all of which are great in professional situations.
You don’t give your age, or the age of ladies you might be interested in but very broadly, younger women tend to go-for more broad-based social/sexy/masculine products/mixes (eg Ammo, IG, IO, IH), whilst mature women tend to lean towatds more overt sexuals and status products (eg A314, TUTH, IJ). Around 30 is the turning point but you can get exceptions at any age. Instant Shine is a winner at any age - a friendly/happy/feelgood social. 
So the Newbies Kit would probably be a good start as it lets you try all the main types of product/pheros at a healthy discount but a little more info should help us narrow things down a bit if you just want to try one or two products.
I’m 27 and usually wind up with 21-25 yr olds so IG and ammo might be a good place to start for me?
On a side note, do these have any use in the gym? I get quite a bit of attention as is but guys seem to scowl a lot..would something social deter some of that?
Yes, IShine would be the one to use at the gym for that purpose, the easing of tensions, the underlaying of a good guy feel, the handle of willing acceptance, with some possibly resisting, of course.
The AMMO’s none component can lead to buildup/smelly problems if applied to your clothes and the sweat… I assume you go to the gym to sweat with that BMI… will break down the none component of AMMO rendering it useless.
I wouldn’t recommend other mones, just the socials if you must, and specifically, IShine.
Mobo has given solid advice on the mones and I would look to the Ultimate Kit.
I would have likely done that as well when I started my mone use, that is, ordered the Ultimate Kit, if it was available for purchase and now I can’t order it, because I’m not a newbie. Damn it! I ordered IShine and IO for my first mones… The memories!

Welcome to the site. I would look into the Men’s Ultimate Kit as you would get everything you need to get started and a whole lot more. This way you don’t have to worry if you are getting the right things because you will get all the products that are mentioned and then more. You could spend almost the same on just a few so this is well worth it.
But if I had to pick a few
IG For you I think this will be a good one to start with for business. I normally suggest the A314, but you may come off to intimidating and think you should work up to that one and start with this one first.
Summer Ammo The difference is this seems to work better for the 18-30 crowd. The scent is much lighter to which to some is a plus.
IO This is an ice breaker and will open people right up to you.
I would have normally suggested the IS as you can never go wrong with it, but one of the ingredients that is in it is also in S.Ammo and why I suggested the IO instead and the IG is softer then the A314 and think you might get more out of the IO. But at the end of the day it is up to you what you think and these are just options. Good luck and if you have any more questions please ask.
With you being 27, IG would work wonders for you. I had good experiences with it when I was that age. Men were friendly, and women were more compliant when I insisted on doing something my way. Since having leverage at work makes you look competent, you’re spot-on with IG. A314 is good too, but may be too dark for everyday interactions with colleagues. Save it for something like giving a presentation or meeting with your boss for performance feedback. (As opposed to a written review, which are dog-and-pony shows at most companies nowadays.)
For myself, starting at some point last year (age 32), I found IG to be somewhat lacking. I’m getting total no-hitters from it, even when strengthening it with IH. But you’re good for the time being.

I would say IG over IO for work and something more broad-based like Ammo - with IO or IS as further steering for social/sexual applications around younger women.
Also remember that Asians can show a noted affinity for IG as a sexual/attraction product if that’s your thing. So if you are interested in younger Asian women, use that as your primary and keep any Androstenone products like Ammo in a background/minimal role.
And I’d still have a bottle of TUTH in my back pocket as even around younger women, when the situation unravels and they get more uninhibited/let their hair down/get turned-on, their liking for overt Androstenone can increase markedly. So TUTH/IO is a useful club combo even around fairly young women.
