Thought I’d introduce myself, my name is Charlie, coming up for the mid 40’s, based in Auckland, New Zealand. I’m just in the process of starting up a new online adult store web site for myself. For a couple of years I set up a few smaller low key adult stores for my ex-partner to earn a bit of cash on the side while she studied, what made the sites popular was the fact we tested all product & did a small editorial/blog/review on them, the web sites customers could then get an honest and unbiased opinion of what was good and what wasn’t.
No we didn’t use the stock we actually did buy the product for ourselves, test it then bought in more or canned it in the bin. 
The reason for all of that was so she knew she wasn’t selling cheap crap or stuff that was totally useless or 2nd rate.
The new web site will be only selling a few specialised products, not your typical adult store…pheromones being one of those. So now it’s testing time again, I need to try pheromon’s to see if all the reviews, posts and marketing of this stuff is true or just sales waffle to con people out of their hard earned dollar.
Just over three month ago I started the testing by doing a simple google search & came across the Love Scent forum, after reading through the numerous threads I decided to test their top seller Chakira, I opted for the unscented as I thought that everyone who knew me knew my cologne/smell…the test would be bias if I changed the natural way everyone smelt me (to a certain degree).
Did the recommended one spray for a week, two sprays etc etc to find my “sweet spot” I finally got up to 4 sprays on the wrist, then tested 4 sprays on the neck, spread the 4 sprays over neck, wrist & crooks of arm before I found a very very very subtle reaction from people. No change from me with regards to how I spoke to them, how I mingled with strangers, how I reacted with work & sport colleagues. One evening coming home from a charity event I met my ex, gave her a hug & she commented that she could smell “cat piss” - the “cat piss” smell obviously the Chakira Unscented as I could smell the pheromones from day one, I believe that one in four men can…so after that comment Chakira was ditched. Another reason for ditching the product was that the web site states autonomy when purchasing, but our credit card statement/PayPal statement both showed “Love Scent”, not a good thing if you’re selling product to men already in a relationship where awkward questions could be asked by the spouse or partner.
Now I’m testing some of Androtics products…purchased randomly from their web site Instant Shine Spray Double Strength, Turn Up The Heat Recommend Size, along with that I received a free small bottle of Instant Openness (Thank you for that).
Week one - Instant Shine 2 sprays side of neck
Quite liked the smell, apart from that no obvious sudden pick me up feelings, no smiling away to myself, no mellow feelings…life & work as normal. Didn’t try any of the other two as T.U.T.H was bought as a add on for I.S, plus I wasn’t in a situation to get deeply into conversations with a female so I.O stayed unused.
Week two - Instant Shine 3 sprays - 2 x wrist 1 x neck.
Wee bit of a sore head for about an hour, again no apparent up lifting experiences etc etc again nothing obvious in the people I met on my day to day routines. Even did a wee spray of I.O when I was at a party that weekend - nothing
Week three - Instant Shine 4 sprays - 2 x wrist, 2 x crook of arms also tried 2 x wrists plus 2 x side of neck
Noticed at the weekend a few more people hanging about longer to chat but maybe this was coincidental as I was the main figure of the event being attended. Mixing with females of all ages, late teens to mid-50’s probably, no obvious tell tale signs like I read about people observing…certainly no-one wanting to sit & speak till the cow’s come home. No hoards of people feeling euphoria around me or feeling good with themselves.
Same weekend a 21st birthday party, did the 4 sprays plus 1 spray of I.O…nothing obvious again or if there was it was so subtle & nothing out of the ordinary that I missed it.
So now I’m in week 4 of the test, meeting about with a work colleague for a business lunch, we’re good friends, do a bit of sport together, she has a bitch about life in my ears every now & then but that’s all it is. She’s 24 years old & of Chinese Decent, not a stunning looker & single.
Now I’m at the point of how much more does one need to put on to see these “obvious” reactions that newbies are suppose to believe, do I take the road of stuff it let’s see how much before I OD, or add a bit more I.O into the mix to see if there are any changes, or let’s go to the total extreme & throw on a bit of T.U.T.H
Will have to see what happens this week, maybe pheromon’s are just hype
What do I want out of using the Pheromon’s some will ask…I just want to see if they actually do work or not, it’s that simple really. No hidden motives, no slagging products because I’m from the competition, no bull, no working for Androtics or related businesses…just looking for product that says one thing & does what it says so I can use on an online web site.
