Well, claims are only that until you figure out for yourself if they ‘pan out’… couple of ways I see for you to do that… read up on posters threads on the board, such as P51 (P51Mustang's Journal), JosieW (Rise of an Alpha), Dbot (Dbot's Pheromone Journal), samuraitea (The Misadventures of Tea!) as a few of many good examples of actual people using mones and the different degrees of success and failures in there usage.
You could also post up a bit about your personality, what expectations you have of mones, and how you found the site. This is what is required on the INTRO section to get your own Gift Certificate to get your own mones, basically, for free to try out. Then, you can test them yourself to see what kind of range of effects mones have in you and those around you. Take a look at the stickies at the top of the intro forum to see in more detail what I’m talking about as to how to get your GC. What I stated here are the requirements in a nutshell.
I got my GC within 5 days of my initial post. So, getting a GC is possible and actually highly probable for you.

Well, as Alpha said, there are a varied number of successes and failures. But, the most important part is to go into this with an open mind. Learn about the products you get or want to get and apply them to get your target(s).
Things don’t always end in a good way, but take it as a learning experience to find out what will make a good ending.
I’d love to suggest some products for you, but we need a little more information about who you are and what your expectations are. This will give us a good baseline on what products will be the best for you. Or we could suggest you to buy the whole lot of them 
Just remember the key is to go into this with an open mind and a willingness to experiment and learn. These guys here are great when it comes to helping and teaching you about pheromones! You can check out a couple sticky threads I have in my signature, they are a great place to start.
