Truth be told, I’m looking into pheromones out of desperation. Having just been dumped, I’m hoping pheromones can help me get back into the social world, maybe even win my ex back.

Well I’ve just started work as a lawyer for 6 months, at the same time my ex did.
Outwardly, I exhibit a lot of characteristics of an alpha male, one you might think gets with a lot of girls. If you’ve watched the series Suits, I’d say my outward personality is very much like Harvey Spectre’s - confident, ambitious, witty, funny and a good sense of style. In fact, I do enjoy a good tailored suit and many girls have complimented me on being funny.
However, inside I’m a very sensitive person, more like a beta male, or a girl even. I have external locus of control and require other people’s affirmation all the time. In that sense, I think I’ve become too emotionally reliant on my ex - and my moods and tempers fluctuated when I felt I didn’t get the attention I deserved, a possible major point that made her stop loving me.
Neither am I a pickup artist or a player, I need to feel an emotional connection to a girl to want to date her. Right now I think I’m looking at pheromones to make me more confident and have girls looking, but most importantly, it would be part of my plan to get my ex back.
