I think the reason she fell out of love is probably because I didn’t really talk about our future and our goals for long term planning. I feel because I didn’t vocalize it she must have started giving up hope (she didn’t think I was serious about marriage or other goals for us).

I would suggest using IH in all combos. IH will deepen her trust on you. it gives vibes of a trust worthy person. this will help you in making her realize that you can be trusted.
Would suggest to use it with AMMO and IS. Also you can use IO with IH and AMMO. IO is a ice breaker pheromone but also help in getting words out of mouth which are running in thoughts.
Start wigh lower doses first then increase dose and find out your sweet spot.

It is always recommended to test each product solo first and find your best dose for each. Best points of application for Ammo and IG is the neck. Regarding IH, you’ll want it on your hands or wrists. After you get to know each product, start gradually by combining two products. Then three.

Great recommendations you have here. I’ll just have to add that you have to stop over-analyzing things, and act on it instead. You have an initial idea as to why your ex initiated the break-up and you have to focus the plan to get her back on those concerns. Specially if your looking for long term relationship with her. Dump the cautiousness because it has no place in a relationship. The key word is trust.
