I am just getting into pheromones and have recently ordered bottles of A314 and Instant Gentleman. My main interest in pheromones is in how they may help me to evolve as a human being.
I am curious as to what products have been most beneficial to you as catalysts to self-evolution and what practices you are involved with besides using pheromones.
I have been using some Alpha Male subliminal videos and have been using a couple of hypnosis tracks called "Personal Ecology for Men. I also have a fairly stringent exercise routine and practice chi kung.
Well after I’ve tried both IO and Steve’s Flirt and after seeing their effects on me and others, I’ve been generally a more open person who’s willing to speak his mind
You may want to check on the effects of those two together. If I remember correctly Someone posted that IG + A314 don’t work well together. Check around though it might have been a different combo.
I’ve practiced a lot of body language and interesting voice tonation (I used to be the kind of guy who put people asleep, now since a few years everyone listens to me like I’m the most important guy ). For normal public speaking, I use IG as main component. For professional I plan on using A314 (jobinterviews soon!).
I’m also picking up women once in a while which is not only to get laid but for all kinds of situation…social skills and confidence with people can never go wrong! Here I use mones too, but more complex mixes.
Peace
PS: for the former I use the imo best books about it available (don’t wanna advertise so I won’t name them). For the latter of course some material, a blueprint so to say. And some brainwave.
Im huge in personal development. I have found the new a314 rev32 to be the best complimenting mone so far in aiding my personal development. But no mone will do it all. You need to get in the books, and then apply what you read. The first book I would read is the slight edge by jeff olson.
This is only part of how I would answer this question: How do pheromones figure in your overall self-developmental strategy? The simple answer: In practice. In motion. People evolve naturally, sometimes with a conscious strategy, sometimes with a subconscious one, driving them along. Pheromones, when dropped into the normal routine, just become part of the background elements that make you a successful you.

**Bad Routine: **
For many of us, checking email or listening to voice mail is practically automatic. In many ways, these are among the worst ways to start a day. Both activities hijack our focus and put us in a reactive mode, where other people’s priorities take center stage. They are the equivalent of entering a kitchen and looking for a spill to clean or a pot to scrub. Source: Kevan Lee. “The Morning Routines of the Most Successful People”. Fast Company, July 21, 2014
**vs Good Routine: **
If you’re interested in starting a great morning routine of your own, here are some ideas.
Eat a good breakfast (it can be fast and easy).
Listen to your body clock. Do creative work when it feels best.
Set an alarm to wake up and an alarm to go to sleep.
Disengage: Zero notifications from apps and phones at night.
Develop a morning routine that works on weekends, too.
Adjusted for pheromoniacs out there: somewhere between bullet point 3 and 4 is probably “Apply a pheromone mix that supports your goals for the day”
And. About “Tracking your habits to better understand yourself.” Note:
The best way to watch the trajectory of one’s life & pheromone success over time, vis a vis their effects with confidence and assertiveness, is to start or trail pheromone userjournals.
For instance:
35 year old working husband from Washington DC area. Figures out his dosage and patterns over the course of 8 months reporting. Golden reference.
20 year old college student figuring out his attraction mixes and dosing. Maturing as he goes along. 8 months journey in one thread. (This thread contains some obsolete products like IFM. Ignore those posts.)
You want a good longitudinal look at phero usage? Check this one. It’s been perpetuating since 2007.
Lastly, I’ll leave you with one of my favorites. Middle age, Midwest (North-MN) user tracking business and casual mixes alike since Dec 2012.
I read that article a while ago, and I can attest that it is a real game-changer. Some of the best personal changes I’ve made were instituting the use of “flight mode” on my phone every night, and implementing a ban on devices and screens for the first two hours upon waking.
I have read that arranging your schedule so that you wake up 3 hours before you have to leave the house or work is a habit particularly followed by a good number of the world’s wealthiest people. I have yet to make that one happen consistently, but I certainly find that the more time I allot to morning rituals, the more productive my day is.
I find the most successful have two traits - persistence and KAIZEN. Persistence to keep trying until it works. KAIZEN - Japanese word for constant and never ending improvement - devote a portion of your time to learn new ways and incorporate them into your methods when they work better, - things evolve and so should you.
You can learn from anything and anyone - web, classes, books, other people but you need to devote some of your time ongoing. which is what I have done.
Nobody starts as an expert! As zig zigler said, You don’t have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great…
Heres the first Iphone when it was just a media player.. Was designed to be perfect… Each new version is just constant and never ending improvement (usually lol)
Pheromones can certainly help. Some guys have so low testosterone they are sometimes ignored. Others have low confidence, or social anxiety and without pheromones would have seen far more difficulty. I’ve even seen people get back love feelings that were lost…
