I have terrible anxiety.. it is chronic (i.e. doesn’t just occur in certain conditions) and i take a drug called clonazapam. if I miss it for even 4 hrs I get terrible anxiety, racing thoughts, nervousness, speech impairment.

We are in the same boat..

You know as much as I dislike summer ammo these days i find that it does help with anxiety issues.. have you given it a shot? Nothing beats the drugs, get on something real and see a doctor for it.

Yeah I feel more confident on pheros including regular Ammo and A314, but for clinical level anxiety nothings gonna beat a benzodiazepene drug going right up into the bloodstream

Yeah i gotta see the doc sometime, I will be really fucking glad if theres just some pill I can take and it fixes it lol

So picked her up in the car today wasn’t really caring if she thought i was coming on too strong or not used three sprays of TUTH

She was chatting away and was really opening up to me about her life and her friends life and we also had a laugh when the conversation died ( concentrating on the road ) she spent a few minutes groaning going hmm hmm hmm hmm she then asked me what i was doing today and when i dropped her off she told me she would text me later .

A few quick tips; before trying to get physical, it helps to start touching first. There is a TON of research to show that when you touch someone, you generate attraction. Start with a very short touch on the shoulder when you’re talking, or the forearm. Keep it brief, almost as if you hadn’t thought about it. It’s no big deal. Over the next meeting or two, add touches to her back and to her hand. If she doesn’t move back or pull away, you’re doing OK!
If you’re getting vibes about kissing, here’a a really great way to see if she’s up for it, without risking your neck: as you’re talking to her, keep glancing at her hair. Just keep talking (or listening). Then, without breaking the talk, reach out and touch the end of her hair, at about neck level. Just a brief touch, then withdraw. Wait a minute or two, then do it again. Retreat again. Watch her reactions. If she asks you what you’re doing, just say you were wondering if her hair was really as soft as it looks. The do it again, this time a little longer. If she’s showing no signs of rejection or dislike, carry on very slowly and gently. If you pass this test, she will accept a kiss. Again, keep it very brief at first.

Nice game there player! Sometimes I’ll touch & briefly examine her necklace or earrings & comment on how beautifully they complement her beauty…it works man!
