How to Make a Mix

Just to confirm, and for everyone else on here that may want to do it, but doesn’t know how, How do you make a mix? This is the idea that I have from tisha23, but I might have misunderstood her.

Say the Mix for example, since this is a popular one is the following:

AndrostENONE 5mcg
P79 10mcg
P83 10mcg
P86 10mcg
P102 10mcg
TAF 5 mcg

Tisha23 called this the “lazy man’s way” of doing it:

You would buy an empty 30ml bottle from AD.
You would squirt one spray of 5mcgs Enone into the bottle
You would then squirt one spray of 10mcgs P79
You would then squirt one spray of 10mcgs P83
You would then squirt one spray of 10mcgs P86
You would then squirt one spray of 10mcgs P102
You would then squirt one spray of 5 mcgs TAF
You would then shake the bottle up.
That is one spray. Repeat the process until the 30ml bottle is full or you run out of material.

Is this an efficient way of making a mix? And tisha23, did I understand you correctly? Let’s make this be a learning thread for everyone. So all you smart people out there that know how to do this, please respond with the way that you make a mix so that we can all learn the different ways.

Another thing Tisha23 explained to me was How to make something smaller, for example turning 50 mcgs xxxx into 5 mcgs xxxx.

She said that the lazy man’s way of doing this is:

Get an empty 5ml.
1.One squirt of 50mcgs
2.10 Sprays of a Scent or perfumers alcohol (Because 50/5=10)
3. Repeat steps one and two until you have filled the 5ml bottle.

You can’t use this to fill a bottle. Although technically you think you have “one spray” you actually have alot more liquid than 1 spray inside that bottle. So its only good for 1 application till the bottle is dry. If you repeat the proces until the 30ml bottle is full, you have to take into account the mcgs per spray as the concentration is no longer at “1 spray”

Thanks for the insightfulness, Johnny. Also, could you tell us a better way to make a mix?

You sort of got it LOL Its not one spray its one application.

I wouldn’t fill a whole bottle that way.

I use the lazy mans method when I just want to make a few applications of something to bring with me. Remember layering is the preferred method here and there are benefits to layering.

Keeping your molecules separate give you more versatility to mix and match when you need to for certain situations.

It prevents you from wasting perfectly good mones on a mix that may or may not work well for you.

Before making a big batch of any mix you should test it by first layering. If that works out well use the lazy mans method to make a few applications. If the lazy mix still is performing for you then mix the mones in a whole bottle.

If I recall this was to discuss breaking down something you had to make it 2.5 MCG per spray. The method I told you about is just for quick and easy breakdown without wasting product.

You can do it the scientific way though if you want to fill a whole bottle.

If you have a bottle of lets say anol 50 mcg per spray and its the to-go size thats 2000 mcg’s of mones per bottle. 400 mcg’s per ML

To break down 1ML of anol to 10 mcgs per spray you would. If you put your 1 ML of anol into a empty to-go bottle and fill the rest with perfumers alcohol you will have 10 mcg per spray. 400 mcg/40 sprays per bottle=10

Tisha

Thanks for the scientific way Tisha, now what do you mean by application? How do you “spray an application”??

And layering,- wouldn’t that cause you to smell like a colonge factory?

I would imagine it’s simply a matter of knowing the concentration of your starter, the quantity used, and the volume of the final product.

So if you wanted a mix that had a 5mcg per spray concentration you would add the appropriate quantity of experimone/putative based on it’s current strength.

IE if I want that 5mcg per spray concentration for a 30 ml bottle, I would add 15 ml’s of 10mcg per spray concentration, or 10 ml at 15 mcg or 5ml at 30 mcg.

Say I add 5ml at 30 mcg of putative x, then so long as the remaining 25 ml are other experimones/putatives and/or perfumers alc it should dissolve down to a 5mcg per spray dose.

The way you describe is actually pretty time consuming to be called “lazy”.
If anything since you have 6 ingredients there, I would buy all the ingredients in 6x the concentration you want.
IE 30 mcg per spray of Enone
60 mcg per spray of P79 etc.
Empty each of the 5 ml bottles into a 30 ml bottle and the concentration of each molecule is reduced to 1/6th it’s original strength,

I would of course store the finished product for about a week or two to allow the mones to mix and level out but yeah that’s how I’d do it.

The drawback to that is several bottles of such high concentrations is expensive and if you’re not sure about the mix and you wind up with something you don’t like, you have 30 ml of pure crap.

The better starting point, as has been stated numerous times is to layer on the skin in the dose you plan on using…and even then only after sweet spot testing each individual product as a standalone.

after the sweet spot testing and the layering method being tested…then you should have a good enough idea of what to expect by making an actual “batch”.

Now one thing I will endorse for homebrew testing is this. Even though to go bottles are fairly small and inconspicuous. if you’re testing a large combination it’s still a hassle to midday refresh with 1 spray from bottle 1, 1 spray from bottle 2. 4 sprays from bottle 3 etc.
So figuring whatever you dose is for each product I would spray the appropriate number of sprays from each into a single to go bottle to take along for a refresher. that’s what I do with my mixes. I apply x number of sprays from the chosen products first to myself, and then the same doses go into a to go bottle. That way around mid day during my lunch break I can refresh for the second half of the day.

Radman, I am starting to look forward to all of your posts. Where did you learn how to write so well?

Do you spray the entire contents of the to-go bottle on yourself?

Tisha, inferring what radman said to your post, let me ask you this.

Instead of that, it would be 3 sprays of 5mcgs Enone, and 3 sprays of everything else. That would make sure that ONE spray from the 30ml would include the original dosages. In other words, by pouring 30mcgs of each product in, you are insuring that each spray contains 10mcgs – as long as you’re working with 6 molecules.

Right??

Yes, so for example.
Say I start my day with 2 sprays each of Ammo, Instant Shine and Instant Honesty.
I likewise spray the same amount of product in the travel sized bottle. After about 5 hours, during my lunch I apply until the bottle is empty. This way I know I’m still getting exactly 2 sprays each of all products. It actually comes out to about 7 sprays since the full size bottle spray more content than the travel sized.

But it’s an exact dose of what I applied earlier in the morning. Factor in extra sprays if you want a shot of your favorite cologne in there as well. The other thing I like is that since the products are all mixed up like that you can spread the surface area out.
In other words, those two sprays of ammo that I applied to two locations can now be spread out over 6 locations or more. Not so good for work if you wear long sleeves and ties, but great for open shirts with short or rolled up sleeves.

Thanks radman, I don’t think you saw where I wrote it above, but Radman, I am starting to look forward to all of your posts. Thanks a lot.

I know this was addressed to Tisha but I want to make sure we’re understanding each other correctly.
If you spray each ingredient into a bottle the resulting dose will be about 1/200th the original strength. Since only one spray went in, but it’s diluted to a mix that creates 200 sprays from the 30 ml bottle.
So if you spray a single spray of 10 mcg strenth none and dilute it down to 30 ml of total liquid…it doesn’t matter if the other liguid is different mones or PA, you will only reduce that 10 mcg dose to 0.200 it’s strength. Dealing with individual sprays is only practical for single uses like what I suggested.

If you’re wanting to make a 30 ml mix you need to know the desired strength per spray that you want.
So if you want 5 mcg per spray in your mix, you need the concentration to be stronger…not the volume. Like I said, you can add 5 ml ( a whole travel sized bottle) to a 30 ml bottle and it’s per spray strength would be divided by 6.
So 5ml of 30mcg per spray=30ml of 6mcg per spray.

for what you’re saying, you’re tripling the volume, but not the concentration.

A single spray is still a single spray. So the strength PER SPRAY is still divided by 6
You would need to increase the mones per spray, not the number of sprays
5mcg per spray of 6 products still divides the concentration by a factor of 6 so the per spray strength is reduced. Adding more sprays of each product will only give you more sprays of that weaker strength…not a stronger per spray dose.

OKAY! So 60mcgs per spray would = 10mcgs per spray in a 30ml bottle.

Now, in a 5 ml bottle, you could spray what you want, and it would stay the same, right? No.. that’s not right. It would be divided by the number of molecules you spray. So since theres 6 molecules, you would still need 30mcgs per spray going into a 5ml bottle in order for it to equal 10mcgs per spray coming out. This is assuming that you want to make a full bottle mix, and not just a one application mix. Is this correct?

Right…if you want X mcg per spray of 6 products you need to get the products in X times 6 concentration.
Like with what I do…2 sprays of Ammo go into the bottle, 2 sprays of Ammo come out…but it takes 6 sprays to get all of it out. because I reduced it’s concentration by a factor of 3 since it’s diluted with 2 sprays each of IH and Shine.

With what you’re doing, you’re increasing the amount of mones going into the bottle, but you’re also increasing the amount of liquid carrier…and you have to remember to factor THAT into play.

Believe me, I know it can get confusing.
Honestly like I said test each product as a standalone first and get a handle on it.
Then test them by spraying each product one at a time on the skin.
After you know what each one does, and how much of each you like, then you buy real heavy (and real expensive) concentrations of the desired ingredients and mix in a bottle.

The way I suggested is the easiest imo since you simply dump each 5ml bottle into the 30 and now each ingredient is 1/6th it’s original strength.
But if you want to play mad scientist a lot, then you get even stronger concentrations and use pipettes to go with single ml doses and the add PA. If you use 1ml you need to have it 30X the concentration you want for the finished product. But seriously that’s getting WAY expensive and advanced.

Thanks again. One more thing I need to know is, say I pour the contents of Instant Shine or MXxxx or Pxx from a 30ml bottle into a 5ml bottle. Does that at all mess anything up?

And,
Would it matter at all if I only filled a 30ml bottle HALF full? Would I be able to just do the strength times 3, instead of six?

Would it matter at all if I only filled a 30ml bottle HALF full? Would I be able to just do the strength times 3, instead of six?

Depends, if you’re only pouring 1 product the only thing that changes is the spray nozzle reduces the dose to about 85% of what it normally would be.
IE 15 mcg per spray in 30 ml bottle is closer to like 12.5 mcg per spray from a travel sized bottle.

Now if you’re dumping more than one product in there you deal with the same thing as before.
The per spray strength of each product is reduced in proportion to the volume of other liquids added.

Now…that aside, other than the refresher dose combination technique which is only good for making single dose mixes, if you want a togo of a single product just order one. A full size for home and a travel for out and about.

Personally the mixing stuff should be kept with just dumping whole bottles of known doses into one very quickly and being done with it.
With too strong a concentration you can make yourself sick from fumes and depending on how clean your work area is you risk contaminating your mones. Dust, bacteria, and who knows what else.

I keep my to go bottles clean and clean them again before every time I plan on using them and I’m only dealing with a few sprays going into each bottle for a one time application. If you’re planning on making a full sized mix for long term use it will be expensive and like I said, you need to be in a VERY clean and well ventilated area. I advise using latex gloves and a medical mask as well to keep from inhaling too much.

When you talked about duplicating MX292 you didnt have the right concentrations to make a full bottle. So making one application using the lazy mans method is your only good option. That or layering. One application is spraying each ingredient like you described above into the bottle and then using the whole bottle at once.

If you want to make a 30 ML bottle of something like MX292 you need to buy your mones at around 60 MCG per spray to get the 10mcg per spray amount except for TAF and Enone which you could get in 30mcg per spray. I know you dont have them that high a concentration which is why I mentioned the lazy mans method.

Since you dont know whats in each mix yes it will mess it up. It can through the ratio of each mix off. Dont mix mixes. Single molecules are for layering and mixing. When you mix something thats already a mix not knowing all the components of that mix it changes each product.

Tisha

When you layer something, do you end up smelling like you have too much colonge on? And what if I only wanted to make a 15ml bottle of MX292, tisha?

Radman -was I right about turning 20mcgs of P86 into 10mcgs by spraying one spray into a togo bottle and then adding 2 sprays of PA or colonge, and then repeating the process until the bottle is full?
