Well, you seem to have things fairly well under control already 
Have a look at this thread A314 and Ammo Combo Question. I think bosshank might be able to help you with this one. He also has a useful thread comparing A314 with Instant Gentleman that is a good read. As to overcoming the ‘respect distance’ that you appear to be getting with the A314 on it’s own, then that is (normally) just a case of you being friendly and opening the conversation rather than waiting for them to come to you.
