I have always been the cute girl since highschool. Fast forward a few years down the road and a child later and guys even my sweet b/f still thinks am cute.
Sure, I don’t mind being cute over all but when I am going out wearing some killa heels and a body fit dress cute is the last thing I want to be.
When I am wearing some sexy lingerie and strutting my stuff in the bedroom do I want to be cute.
I have the same dilemna. I’ve never been able to look sexy. I always have this sweet cute look about me I suppose it doesnt matter for a guy as much though. I get it when a girl wants to appear more sultry or simply sexually provocative. Show skin in the right places with the right shoes and hair and I’ll say anything is possible
At work and in family and general social situations, I’d much rather be cute than sexy. But out at a bar or club or around guys who might have potential, exy is definitely the way to go. So I chose “Depends”.
As a guy I’ve always found that I’m usually more attracted to, and usually for a longer period of time, cute than sexy. Well now I’m confused because I think a girl that looks ‘cute’ is usually sexy as well.
Even when lying naked in my most sultry poses I hear cute and it’s just frustrating. I have a plan though.
I am not the make up wearing type so I decided am gonna do up myself and choose a hairstyle that is not me at all to see what happens.
Just wondering if I should throw in some IS/a to blow him away even further.
So you are cute huh, I will need to see a pic to decide for myself.
Of course, silly in certain situation you don’t mind being cute but after being a mommy and forgetting how to walk in your heels you want to know that you still got what it takes.
I see someone has learnt how to use what she got to get what she wants. Hmmmmmmmmmm
I voted depends…I’ve only been called “cute” on occasion, it seems its more about what I’m doing than necessarily how I look. My husband tells me both, like I said depending on the situation. I’ve been called “beautiful” quite a bit my whole life, and cant complain about that at all!
Like empath, a lotta guys think cute is sexy! But I know what you mean Mick.
It’s hard to change people’s minds about it if they find you cute rather than sexy. However, I don’t think the two are exclusive to one another…you can be both! I am!
Often it’s your attitude/demeanor that makes the difference between the two. Though from what you’ve said, Mick, I think your boyfriend finds your cuteness tres sexy.
In changing your appearance/attitude be careful. Be subtle in your approach rather than gonzo. I can’t help but think of something my mom said to me when I first started dating. She said, “Why do you want to change yourself? If he asked you out looking just the way you do right now…he must like the way you look or he wouldn’t have asked you out in the first place.”
I know what you are saying and a part me thinks or says that it’s because of him but I might just want to please my own ego.
After having my princess my whole look from head to toe changed of course to be more comfortable and even if I know that he says cute and from his reaction I really turn him on I want the :
You are so sexy reaction.
I have discussed it with him asking him about what he thinks about my look and should I change etc. He said it’s fine BUT and there is always the big BUT :
I don’t feel like I use to. Obviously am not only doing it for me but a part of me knows I won’t let go of it until I get that reaction and feel the same way I use to.
I may just be going through a phase and that is why I was so thankful that I got the P78 pack because MX341 for some reason makes me feel really pretty and I think less about my appearance when am wearing it.
I think it depends on when and how you are cute. I’ve had guys in the past say that im incredibly cute, but at times, when I had a certain look in my eye, I was irresistibly sexy. Cute isnt always bad, but it depends on you personality, and if your willing to change your personality. And it is a personality change. I don’t mind being a little cute, and sexy sometimes because that will always hold up in a relationship. Once the sexy is gone, or you start become unattractive, no one is going to care that your are, or ever were, sexy. And that is why I prefer the middle of the road. I don’t mind being the girl who puts on her sexy $500 dollar bra, and ends up stumbling into the bedroom, because she’s so clumsy. =) It’s cute, and most guys wont care anyway haha
I personally think that your problem is about more than just feeling sexy; how often are you getting turned on? And how? I’m asking because when I get horny, I usually get that sexy vibe. It screams “I dont care whats going on, I look good, take me now”. Sometimes it comes out at the wrong time, but I always embrace it. Most people can say they can see it in my eyes, and they usually acknowledge my graceful presence. (Which is why it isn’t slutty in some situations, but rather cute-sexy =))
Bottom line : Let go, and get wild.
I have been called both. I have also been called worse so I dont mind those two LOL .
I think they are both a state of mind though. My husband can be cute at times but he can also be as sexy as hell when the mood strikes him. His whole demeanor changes. Doesn’t matter what he is wearing, what his physical appearance looks like or how he combs his hair that day. Sexy can be conveyed in your body language. It can be conveyed verbally and though pheromones.
Wearing certain cloths can make you feel sexy, just like mones they are a tool. You dont necessarily need that particular tool to be sexy though. If you feel sexy the feeling will spill over into other areas. How you talk, how you carry yourself and move.
Now here is something you can do. Doesn’t matter what your wearing you can try it naked if you want in fact its good to do this naked at first. Go stand in front of a full length mirror. First practice being cute then practice being sexy. Without changing what your wearing or your physical appearance in any way. Just use body language and facial expressions.
I think your about to find out your a beautiful mixture of both
“PUT YOUR LEFT FOOT ON RED, YOUR RIGHT FOOT ON YELLOW, YOUR LEFT HAND ON WHITE, YOUR RIGHT HAND ON GREEN, AND LET ME INSPECT YOU, BABY!”
“DAMN, YOU’RE CUTE! A-ROOOOOOOOOOOOOAR!”
Definitions vary from person to person, is all I’m saying.
I heard a woman say the other day, that she didn’t want to be called HOT anymore. She liked beautiful. <shrugs shoulders and scratches head> It’s the same thing, yes?
I don’t know how many may perceive this statement but most times persons wanna get away from work. After work they need to go to a bar and drink or go out to party to escape the stress of work.
A good amount of times I feel that this place is like an escape for me. Sometimes just chatting with boogie and P makes me feel lighter and nice.
I found out today it was all me. It wasn’t the clothes or the hair as Tisha said. I was not feeling it and so many things were happening around me that even with the mones. I mean the MX341 made me feel pretty but when am not wearing it then what.
I needed to find out why and know that I feel not only sexy but beautiful and I wasn’t recently. Now that I know what the problem is it’s time to work out the solution.
Hmm, for me, cute works better than sexy 95% of the time, but to be all sugar and no spice can be cloysome. There is a little darkness and spicyness in us all and we cannot truly love ourselves unless we embrace our inner bad girl.
If you have trouble with it, try singing along with this classic bad girl:

I don’t believe you. You’ll just have to let me judge for myself.
I have the privilege of being able to flip between fairly masculine and sexy, and innocent and adorable. All I have to do is shave. I was cursed or blessed with a soft face but the ability to grow a full beard. The former is very useful when people are angry with you. It’s like, who could be angry with this cherubic visage. And then I let the facial hair grow out and all the ladies be flirtin’.
LOL. I see you guys are coming clean. You know most times what you are doing and are not innocent in your pursuit to manipulate or seduce us with those masculine features.
I am glad you know what you got and use it to your advantage. I hope some of your victims are reading this post.
I’ve always had the cute next door girl look. No matter how hard I try. I even was a model at one point in my life and I mostly got jobs b/c I was “cute” When I go out with my friends I’m always the girl that gets “you are so cute” I had one person tell me I was so “cute like a little juice box” WTH? My girlfriends always get the hits, or the boys talking to them. Which I don’t mind because I’m married, but come on, a woman needs to hear “damn you look good” sometimes. Not “aw, that’s cute”
I try sexy, I’ve shown cleave (which there is a lot of), tight clothes, provocative makeup, and even down right slutty sometimes. I’m still “cute”
grrr. But I do agree with Butterfly… it does let me get away with more things
Looks like you and I are on the same boat boo. I am learning to love it. Although I have not tried to whole make up and provocative clothing thing yet to see where that gets me.
Some killa heels and victoria secret dress might just do the trick. Lol
The kind of compliments I get do depend on what I wear and where I am at what time. If I wear a classic pencil dress to just above the knee, with some heels and red lipstick, I hear pretty or beautiful more often. In a long skirt or dress, just beautiful, not cute or pretty. If I wear a dress with ruffles or ribbons or a wide skirt, I get cute or pretty. Sexy or hot I hear when I show more skin or when it is late and the men had something to drink and became cheeky.
I think men often avoid using sexy in the daytime because it is a bit fresh to say it to a woman you don’t know well unless she is obviously looking to hear it. Personally I avoid staying too late because I prefer interactions with a little more reserve, but if you want to be called hot, stay in the club when it gets really packed and you will. I feel that in marriage it is a bit silly to be reserved with ones sexual feelings, because it is obvious that sex with your spouse is nothing presumptious. This is a pretty strange element of christianity…to see sex as naughty/disrespectful on some level even in marriage.

I have to be real with you and say Im not really photogenic persay. Its gonna take me a bit of work but I’m gonna attempt to work something up for you. I figure you’ll be straight up with me Trust me when I say girls have quite often seen my look as innocent to the point of me looking helpless and them treating me like a bird with a broken wing.
