I’m gonna take a theoretical stab at this one. I don’t think Steve meant the alcohol in the cologne kills the pheromones, but certain perfumes and colognes contain phthalates, chemicals that among other things make fragrances in colognes and perfumes “stick” to your body. It’s possible that this might be what was meant, since such a substance might adversely effect diffusion by trapping the pheromones to the skin and preventing them to become air borne where they can do their work. Again only a theory of mine since the alcohol thing has me confused as well.
Whether or not what you said is true RAD at least it seems feasible unlike some other theories.
maybe some colonges has some chemicals that change the structure of mones molecules, just like tempreture that changes some mone molecules. is that possible ?
I suppose it’s possible, but unlikely as any such chemical would have to be fairly acidic to do that. Which would in turn make it fairly uncomfortable to wear. Of course I’ve worn cheap knock off colognes before that did irritate and burn my skin. So it could be the 5 dollar a bottle shit colognes you can buy at the gas station that say “inspired by” on the label are harmful to mones
alcohol works as a carrier that’s all, if the dilution is
used for diffusing then the mones will still be there.
I would’nt be worried.
