I continue to be amazed at how once I figured out how to use the pheromones as a tool to help me improve myself and my life, things have moved into overdrive. Below is the recipe for the ICM mixes that Steve came up with. In another post he mentioned that he has added 12 mcg TAF and 15 mcg TAK to both betanol mixes and upped the P83 to 12.5 mcg on the 1b mix.
