IG / A314 / IO - first experiences

Hi all

I did a lot of reading on this forum before placing my first order so now I’m paying back by giving my experiences for others reading.

I’m going to start this by saying I wasn’t a total believer before ordering. I kind of thought they may work, but wouldn’t have been totally surprised if they hadn’t. Now, 4 days of useage in, I’m a believer. I’m totally new to all this and have only ordered things congruent with my personality - for me it’s about strengthening aspects I’m too shy too introverted to show sometimes or to highlight aspects I want highlighted. It is nothing to do with manipulating people or trying to influence people to my own ends. If that makes sense.

In my analysis of my experiences I’ve tried to do several things:

  • be totally objective. I’m aware that wearing them could make me notice things that were happening anyway. So I’m not reporting anything that I feel could be down to other factors. As an example, a co-worker I’ve not seen for 6 months told me today I looked “amazing. I want to take you home to make my husband jealous”. Fact is, in that 6 months I’ve been working out 6 days a week so I’m not putting that down to pheromones. It may have been, but it equally may not have been so I’m not counting it as a hit. I’m a hard customer to please

  • I’ve also tried to be aware of the placebo effect. ie. me acting differently because of wearing them. If I’ve felt more confident I’ve marked it as a self-effect. This is worth reporting in it’s own right as it is a pheromone effect whether directly or just by knowledge of expected effects, but is worth considering when reviewing potential impacts on others…basically, if I’m acting differently I can expect different responses regardless of pheromones.

So with that said, here we go, a brief summary:

IG - application 2 sprays of To Go to sides of neck . As per previous post, my partner (long term, 8 years) was happier and more relaxed around me, I felt shop staff were more pleasant and helpful. A co-worker and a close friend and a lady behind the bar in the pub were all very serious around me though, to the point where another customer commented the barmaid was serious. I felt I’d aliented these people and have resolved to buffer it with a social next time. I know 2 sprays has an effect so excited to try something else before experimenting further I moved on. Don’t think I noticed any self-effects.

IO - x2 strength. - Application 2 sprays To Go size, one to hair, one to back of neck. Self-effects, more happy and willing to spend time with people, co-worker was chatty but more in a way I’d expect from reading about IH. ie. she would come close and whisper about people. No other effects noticed at work. At home my partner was a bit more attentive than usual and said a few slightly random things. Nothing I can put my finger on but definitely a more verbal evening than usual. Again, I now know 2 sprays has some effect on communication, will experiment more because it was such a subtle effect. Again, excited to try something else so moved on and will come back to this.

A314 - I had a meeting in the morning and didn’t want to ruin anything by applying it and getting a bad reaction (it being unknown to me) so waited until lunchtime and then applied it. Two drops as described in the product page - one split down each side of the neck and one split between the wrists. As bad luck would have it my first time I was near anyone was then a few hours later in the crush to get on the train. This was interesting. A huge bunch of people bundling on and yet I seemed to get on easily with no-one jostling me at all.

Today I went for three drops, one each side of the neck and one split between the wrists. This is what I consider the “hits”:

  • No-one sat next to me on a fairly crowded train. I was in the legroom seats so this is unusual.

  • the big one - fast food restaurant, waiting 5 minutes then get given my food. Another waitress comes over just before I take my tray and says that was for the man next to me, who had the same order but has been waiting longer. “not a problem” I say, then she seems to change her mind and hesitates. The waitress serving me originally says “there’ll be another in a minute” to the man next to me, who also, remarkably, says “that’s fine, you take it” to me as if deferring to me is the most OK thing. All three of them wanted me to take an order that I’d waited 5 minutes for when the guy next to me had waited twice that. And despite me saying he should take it.

  • at work I was the “funny guy” in the meeting - everyone laughing at my jokes. This could just be a confidence thing from the self-effects though (which as above, could be placebo).

Self-effects: jaw clenched periodically, a headache for a few minutes after, feeling confident.

That’s it for now. More when I’ve got more to report back on

Excellent report Stevios, you definitely did your research and you have all the makings of a good tester. You came in open minded but not naive, you also were very observative and looked for the right things. Reps man, and good luck in the future!

Thanks, I feel the same way, I just purchased some today and am acutely aware of the placebo effect, being a big science geek.
