Well now, this hardly seems fair. You already pay a higher fee for delivery when you order your shipment and then you have to pay more when the package gets there? What kind of fees are they asking for?

grab the package (im not talking about the dhl guy!!) run in the other room, open it, spray a few times, and then go back and be like, what was I doing?? Then he replies, I dont remember, have a good day!
