I guess you were darn lucky! I always have to pay for the fees sigh and if I’m not there they take my parcel back, and the wait to get it back will torture me lol
Well now, this hardly seems fair. You already pay a higher fee for delivery when you order your shipment and then you have to pay more when the package gets there? What kind of fees are they asking for? Maybe you should try wearing some Instant Sexiness A and see if you can seduce the package from the delivery guy. You could try the same WRL, but i’m just not sure the results will be as good.
