Hi! It’s been a long time since I’ve been here!! I am not a very confident person. I am a very outgoing and friendly person. I have many friends and have a lot of fun with them, but when it comes to picking up girls or talking to females, I am just an insecure and unconfident guy. Is there an ebook or some materials that I can read about insecurity and confidence?? I am not even sure what they are anymore. I am sure there are few guys like me out there. Any tips would be appreciated!! thank you in advance 
Think most of the guys on this forum at some point have had some confidence issues.
I suggest you read some PUA material to learn some basic ‘tricks’ on how to frame your interactions with girls. How to approach, how steer a conversation into a sexual direction, how to use confident body language etc. BUT: in the end, building your confidence is something you’ll have to do by working on your long-term goals. Your confidence and self-worth shouldn’t depend on how girls treat you.
