Hi there, I know that one word on the bottle "Instant " can throw some people off but it takes a little longer then instantly sometimes.
First you used both products at the same time. This is fine but when you start out you want to use one at a time to find your dosage for each one. If you dont you never really know which product is causing which reaction for you.
You mentioned 1 spray of each. Unless you bought a higher concentration 1 spray usually wont do it for most people so dont worry about not noticing anything just yet. I use 3 to 4 sprays of Ishine and about 2 to 5 of IO.
Wrists do have pulse points but are really not the best place to spray in my opinion. They just dont heat up well enough to diffuse the mones on some people. Try different application points. Maybe doing one spray split to wrists then another to the neck. I even give a shot to my hair once in a while.
Dont judge the product by self effects. Pheromones work in the subconscious and your conscious of using them. Not everyone gets self effects. Pheromones are meant to signal those around you.
This is common when starting out. Again your conscious of the mones and curious as to what they will do so it sort of puts you into observer mode. I know its hard but try to set them and forget them. Then at the end of the day take a few minutes to think back over the events of the day and determine if you saw anything different. It can take a few times trying before you start to pick up on things.
Keep in mind that those close to you take a bit longer to respond. They are conditioned to act a certain way around you and it takes repeated exposure for them to begin reprocessing the signals. I always find that strangers give me the first indication of my mones working then those I know better slowly begin to show a behavior change.
While congruence is something thats important you cant make yourself feel something you dont. I am more for not acting in opposition to the signal. For instance if your use Ishine your dont have to be upbeat warm and friendly. Just dont be cold mean and negative. Neutral is fine.
