What situations would it be better to wear IO vs IH and vice versa? Would it be better to wear IH on a date vs IO?
I’d wear IH on a date where I knew the girl wasn’t really shy and I wanted to connect with her

but mostly I’d probably wear IH & IO …2 sprays of IO…and 4 of IH…
so if she was shy she’d talk more but we’d also have that trusting connection to from the IH

Yeah you can do that if you’re wearing a longsleeve or something…sometimes I spray them all on my neck if need be.
If you wear A314 on a date you better make sure you’re taking the lead. A314 can seem intimidating to women so you’re going to literally and figuratively open all doors for that date.

Yeah you can spray them all in one place but why not spread it around? wrists and arms are great spots…
Can you spray them on your arms if you are wearing a long sleeve shirt or sweater?
I love AMMO, that would work well too. I forgot which nol is in AMMO but I believe its alpha nol so that means it has about 5 mcg of the main ingredient of IO. Rough calculations would be if you use 1 spray AMMO and 1 spray IO you would have approx 16 mcg of alpha nol. I don’t have much experience with mixing IO and IH but from what I remember its part of the CTTM mix. You’re already on a date so if you go with 2x AMMO and 2x of IO you should be fine. Based on my research regarding alpha and beta nols, for your first interaction then I would go with that mix. Once she lets loose with you on a lighthearted conversation you can take it up a notch with deeper conversations. Remember you’re trying to create an aura of mystery about you as well so fun and lighthearted convos would work best on a first date. Start transitioning more to IH if things progress further down the line. It will make a better lasting impression that she’s beginning to trust you and have more of a connection when it comes down to it.
It’s up to you but this is just my theory based on the reports I’ve read and the minimal experiences I have with both pheromones.
Maximum diffusion I would only spray to exposed areas, not on hands cause you will end up washing it off anyway.

No, I would always use A314, but if you’re just beginning with the pheromone usage, try 1 drop and 2 AMMO and 2 IO. If you’re not comfortable with alpha male behaviors then I would stick with the AMMO
Ok cool, so on my upcoming date I will try one drop of A314, 2X of AMMO, 2X of IO. And if it goes to date #2 I will replace the IO with IH but keep A314 and AMMO in the picture. Maybe some IS too here and there.
I would slowly sub IH in not to change your pheromone signature too quickly, I mean they’re both Androstenols but I always try to keep things consistent. Depends also how much you like this girl and how much you want to take things further. IS is also good, you can keep that at 1 spray if you want as well.
By the way how old are you and how old is she. You might benefit for throwing in some more androstenone to the mix
i always have the feeling that if you spray on your skin that is covered in clothing, they won’t get the scent unless they are very close…so i tend to have one spray over my shirt for good luck.. does this make sense, or does pheromones have to be on the skin to get that human nature mone?
You could, just make sure you wash it well.

I think what he was getting at is that your mones should be congruent with your behavior. Is this a first date? Do you know this chick pretty well? Does she know how you normally act? If I were you I’d throw on at least one drop of a314 just to show her that you are a leader. Then eventually work your way up to like 3 drops. That’s just me though.
I’m almost 28 and this girl is 25. Ok so switching too fast is a bad idea, got it. Very helpful info here And what is the general feeling that AMMO brings about? Is it lust? Comfort? Etc?
