Hey, welcome! Yes, it’s true pheromones do seem to help gaining attraction but you will still have to put in your part and help “reel” them in. But they do appear to be up to something.

Yeah I would call myself shy until I get to know people, so yeah, breaking the ice is one of the biggest problems. I also have a hard time carrying on a conversation. As Ive read some other things I realize that I do tend to send the unapproachable vibe.
Yo CMS, I recently joined and from what I’m gathering from the forums, the pheromones give you a bit of an edge, but it really comes down to how you use this edge to your advantage.
In regards to more of your introverted personality, nobody can obviously tell you how to change that in order to work for you. With me, I’ve always been somewhat of a clown, and I’ve been known to have a foul mouth (only to be funny). But when it comes to strangers, especially attractive strangers, I tend to shy up and hesitate to exchange glances.
I work at a sports club, and a lot of cougers and very attractive people my age come in. Working at the front desk helped me build that confidence to engage strangers (in a customer service kind of way). I am hoping to see what A314 can do for me in this type of environment.
Perhaps look for a job that requires exceptional customer service?
You’d definitely benefit from the socials like IO to help break the ice, add/improve approachability, and to help feed conversation. IH to help add a sense of trust, make people feel more at ease around you, and also to make them feel like they’ve known you for awhile thus in return helping them be more honest around you hence the name IH. IS has claimed to help some users with confidence problems, it also gives the wearer a “life of the party” kind of vibe, and it also helps you and those around you feel good.
These would probably be a good start, maybe some AMMO as well if you want an extra boost in attraction. AMMO is basically an all in one kind of product, so this is also another good start. However, I highly also suggest putting yourself out there and trying to be more social as Kyokai mentioned. It’s a very frightening thought to have to do this for us introverted types no doubt, but it eventually gets better the more you do it.
Believe in yourself, you can do it.
