No it is nothing like sorcery. Its not magic. They will not make anyone do anything they truely do not want to. They dont effect free will in any way. We all produce pheromones naturally. Using synthetic pheromones just gives you more control over when you use them.

Well in olden times it could be considered sorcery, to put someone under a spell. This was done with incense and the like mixed with other herbs and stuff. So in a sense it is, but because we live in a more modern age and understanding, its not.
People react to smell and it affects them, like a skunk sprays nasty smelling chemicals to ward off potential threats. The reaction is one it wants to have you run off with your hand over your nose. Pheros work on the attraction parts.

I DID get some results from instant honesty, though I didnât realize it until I got home from work. The lady in question revealed that she had been in a town that she would NEVER go to (she hates driving, itâs well off her habitual travel path, thereâs NO SHOPPING there as it basically has no town center, and itâs about a mile from the married guys house) to tell me about a church she saw there, never realizing what she was disclosing.

Alot of people dont get self effects with pheromones or let me re phrase that, âthey think they dontâ (I will explain that below). Its because pheromones work on the subconscious mind and your conscious of them. Some of the reported self effects very well may be imagined which is why reactions from others who do not know your using pheromones is a more reliable gage as to what they do.
When you first start using pheromones you have a preconceived notion like with Instant Shine for example. You know it makes people upbeat and happy so you put it on and feel upbeat and happy. I still get self effects from many pheromones but those feelings have changed to reveal a more true meaning as to what they do. Where I once was upbeat and happy using Instant Shine (The preconceived notion) now that I understand it I see the true effect. When I use it I am a warmer, happier, more kind person. (The true self effect)
Instant Honesty for example, People hear the name and think it will make people honest and tell secrets. What its really is doing is making people feel connected and close to you and when they do they tend to talk about deeper feelings then normal. The self effects (the preconceived notion) the wearer talks more and reveals secrets. (The true self effect) You feel more deeply connected to your self. More centered and grounded. More willing to share feelings.
Self effects are a tricky thing and while they are great I tend to tell people to not use that as the only gage to tell them what pheromones are really doing. Its the behavoir changes in others that tell you the true story. For self effects you need to look deeper. Those can be harder to see then the effect on others.
With experimentals like the putatives its a bit different. Most of them you dont have any preconceived notion about so your feelings can be a indicator as to what they do.
