i just received my order and when unwrapping my pheromones I noticed the plastic was kinda wet. my to go bottles of IG and a314b seem fine and so does my tuth bottle. my tuth bottle is dry but seems to be 80 percent full. could it be possible my bottle could have leaked while on it’s way to me ?
Leakage has been an issue with togos sent by air but I thought they more or less had a handle on it? There should be a bit of an air gap at the top of the togo but 80% does sound a bit big.
If you can peel back the labels a bit, take an image that shows the levels in the bottle. and upload it with a support ticket, they should sort you out amply.

yea thanks i just did. and I didn’t order tuth in to go I ordered the regular size. as I was checking the to go bottles my IG is alot less than the a314b so I know that one def leaked on way here.
as for the tuth I’m not sure if they come full bottle or 75 to 80 percent full but I sent them a pic of that 2
There is some space at hte top of th 30ml bottles, yes - they don’t come full to the brim. But if you have a snap, that should let them check if its underfilled, which can happen occasionally - you may have to hold it up to the light to see the level best.
Bottle leakage is much rarer, Its only happened to me once since I started buying from AD - and then it was all contained in the cap, so I hardly lost anything.
